Excellent service, felt very welcomed by all the staffs though we weren't able to speak Chinese. Hotel design is very modern and rooftop view is great too, both during the day and at night. Afternoon tea and evening snack is very generous.
Given we needed to leave early on the day of the check-out to catch the train and breakfast not open yet, staffs helped prepare snack box for us. That was great! Recommended

如果用10分滿分來評價這家酒店的話，我會給他9.9999分。實在是太讚了。酒店風格是藝術設計時尚型，房間寬敞明亮温馨，不得不説這裏的服務真的非常貼心，每位員工都是面帶笑容給你提供最優質的服務。頂樓的游泳池和大景必須大讚。旅拍也非常出色。早餐和夜宵美味款式多樣。非常適合家庭親子出遊入住。回程還會考慮昆明Papman這一家酒店。

説實話，私密性差了些，硬裝一般，少了五星的質感，但是好又好在軟裝跟服務太好了。房間裏有洗臉巾，這一點非常非常值得表揚！入住會送鮮花，送了下午茶跟宵夜，服務也特別好，總的來説還不錯！

真的特別好，從入住引導和服務，工作人員很耐心講解很到位，有下午茶，宵夜，早餐時間8點到下午1點，下午茶2點到6點；夜宵9點到11點，可以説是一天都有餐食；服務小姐姐和小哥哥都超級好；酒店環境就不拍了，真的很贊，自己來體會；附上夜宵圖；哈哈哈

房間特色，客房設計延續了整體的美學風格，部分房型的洗漱區域和休息區域之間採用了鏤空木結構，這可能對私密性要求較高的旅客造成些許不便。配有露台或享有庭院景觀不錯👍。自助餐也有當地特色。
· 周邊環境，酒店位於滇池國際會展中心商圈內，毗鄰王府井奧萊，購物、用餐都比較方便。同時，它距離滇池、海埂公園、雲南民族村等景點的車程也不算遠，大約在15分鐘左右。

設施：比較新，中規中矩，
衞生：很好，空氣裏瀰漫的香氣也是特別好聞。
環境：屬於中高端類，房間比較寬敞，頂樓游泳池，咖啡廳特別出片，餐廳服務也是特別特別的好，種類齊全，飲食各方面都全面。總有一款你喜歡，主要是時間還比較長，不用特別趕。
服務：最最最要説的就是服務，無論是管家，前台，餐廳，所有服務都是特別特別棒！
情侶住的話更合適。可以全部都享受參與。至於價格，我們因為帶孩子每月出遊，基本雲南省都住過。所以這個價格和房間配置偏高，但是加上其他服務就值了！下次還會再住一次。

Papman酒店絕對是本次自駕旅行的最佳之一，寶藏小眾又具魅力的酒店，位於萬達廣場附近出行和吃飯都是相當便利的。酒店的設施也是一應俱全，天際泳池 （雖小但是有），餐廳，建身房，洗衣房。酒店的下午茶很出色，必須擁有！ 一個價格包含了早餐，下午茶，夜宵，真的是性價比超高！ 房間有大落地窗正對昆明雙子塔。我使用了酒店提供的旅拍服務，攝影師懂我所需，拍攝的照片很好高級，我願付費買下自己喜歡的那部分，專業的事情交紛專業的人也幹，入住期間得到酒店服務人員的幫助和照顧，很愉快！下次還來住！
