Overall, it's quite good. The neighborhood is very nice, and there's free parking for those who drive there. The housekeeper service is also very good. However, I wouldn't recommend booking this room type, as the toilet isn't inside the room, and you can hear the drain noise while sleeping. A different room type would be a better experience.

This stay was a very pleasant and nice experience! The B&B has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. It is surrounded by wetland parks and is truly the top villa area for the rich in Kunming's ecological peninsula. My wife really likes the European-style decoration with the flavor of old Shanghai! The housekeeper was warm and thoughtful, checked in very quickly, and took the initiative to upgrade the room type, which surprised me again and again! The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The sanitary ware and bathroom are all ToTo. The bedding is very comfortable. It is the best homestay I have ever stayed in. The sound insulation is also very good, and I rest very peacefully at night. Although the breakfast has few varieties, the small pot of rice noodles tastes absolutely amazing! The waiter was friendly. The smart facilities of the homestay are also very complete, which added a lot of fun to my stay. All in all, this stay experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this B&B and will choose them again next time! Will also recommend it to friends and family! My friends, there are few rooms at their place, so make sure to book in advance!

這次昆明之行住宿打滿分，酒店位於別墅區，環境超級好，空氣中瀰漫著甜甜的桂花香，小區對面就是濕地公園，老闆非常熱情，會提前溝通各種事項，服務也很貼心，早餐是自己煮的米線，還有好吃的臘腸，老闆還給免費升級了房間，80平的大套間寬敞舒適，下次去昆明還要住他家。
