房間還行，樓層太高，沒電梯，爬四樓。投影儀遙控器壞了，聯繫前台沒解決。前台説話非常生硬，給人一種強勢的感覺，喊她解決投影問題，她倒是上來了，站在那指揮我們，而且説話帶命令式口吻，出去的時候關門也是很大一聲，承諾了會回來幫我們解決這個問題，也沒有回來。服務體驗很不好。
