沒想到香格里拉的酒店這麼差，首先前台所有服務人員辦理入住登記的業務非常生疏，導致辦理入住的等候時間長達一個多小時，而且是沒有幾個客人排隊的情況下，其次，我分成兩個訂單連續兩晚入住該酒店，在一開始辦理入住時和前台已經溝通妥當，交代清楚，但是第一天外出回來時，房卡不能進入房間，發現昨天前天沒有給他辦理連住，需要再去前台重新辦理，這個服務員同樣對入住登記系統非常不熟練，需要其他人幫忙才會完成。而且進入房間後，發現房間沒有打掃，也沒有新房間給我入住，體驗非常差，這和一千多一晚的房間極其不符，在國內住過很多五星級酒店，這次是最差的一次。

酒店位置不錯，鬧中取靜。房間不大但功能性很強，把吧枱和洗手池整合在一起節省出來一些空間。服務人員訓練有素，早餐種類豐富，有個蜂蜜南瓜巴達木小甜品很棒。入住第二晚昆明大雨，叫了room service，非常滿意，每一種菜品都很好吃！

房間緊湊，作為一個新開的酒店，雙床是1.22米，有點不太理解，應該是考慮到房間的面積問題？床品不錯，出來一週多，睡得最舒服的三個晚上。
早餐種類不多，盛在品質還行，無論是糕點還是熱菜，味道都是不錯的，優於眾多五星酒店了。
位置不錯，距離昆明站、恆隆廣場、萬象城都很近。
總的來説是滿意的。

（一）.酒店位置優越交通便利，離拓東體育館地鐵站不足50米，機場乘地鐵大約30分鐘到酒店。附近有昆明老街，美食琳琅滿目。（二）.服務好，前台陳坤微笑服務，業務熟練，溝通能力強。美贊Juliana liu對客人友善，處理問題有方法。早餐品種豐富，香味四溢，雲南特色米線好吃，鮮花餅回味無窮，雲南汽鍋雞湯汁濃厚，且這裏就餐環境舒適、温馨，服務周到、細緻。（三）.設施完善，酒店是新開業一年的酒店，配套設施齊全，設備都是新款，為客人提供方便、快捷、便利的服務。在酒店大堂，巧遇總經理張鋭，關心客人的入住體驗，對客人問寒問暖，讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺。
