Very good location in that it's near the train station for guests that need to take the train to leave Kunming, eventhough the room is small. Water can be a little too hot, and the water does not run very fast when turn to the cold water. Owner was a friendly women. Location was a little hard and confusing to find. Will be more than happy to comeback to this place if I am in town again where I need to be near the train station to leave!

The navigation is not very accurate. I couldn't find it when I checked in early in the morning. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone to pick me up, but they never showed up after more than ten minutes. The place was very dark and made me feel very uncomfortable.

The hotel itself is fine, the only drawback is the building it is in. There is no reception and the area leading up to the room is very strange.

If you are not in a hurry, you must not live there. The three-bed house is very stuffy and only has a small electric fan. It is hot and there are many mosquitoes. Even if the quilt is not clean, I still feel itchy, there are noisy neighbors, it is inconvenient to go to the bathroom, and my stay is uncomfortable (ᗒᗣᗕ)

It's very close to the train station and just opposite the station. It's very clean, has a lot of delicious food, easy access to transportation, and the boss is very enthusiastic!
