衞生：床單上，枕套上有頭髮，有明顯的污漬，發黃，衞生間馬桶蓋上也是有黃色的不明污漬。
設施：有一間房間的床墊一躺上去就塌了一樣，凹下去！
服務：第一次遇到不主動聯繫客人的民宿

三點半到的，衞生沒有打掃，很臟很亂，和房東反應他和我説理解一下，那誰理解我，本準備到房間好好休息的，都不打掃衹能出去玩了，出租房的配套，和房東説這個價格配不上服務，要求降價也不理，服務很差，入住體驗不好，留下來的原因是懶得去找了，一次性拖鞋都沒有，我是覺得325的價格根本不值，不推薦入住

還可以。房間紙不夠用，還好我帶了。晚上可以看煙花。就是周邊沒有大型購物廣場，沒哪裡購物。房間還有那麼大，小區環境好，乾淨，大，清凈。樓下吃飯一條街，吃飯很方便。喜歡陽台，視野開闊。週六，週日晚上看煙花很美。

這是一次不太滿意的住宿，開始找酒店的時候看了位置，這上面明明寫的大觀小院16棟，距離七彩雲南衹有幾百米，到了打電話才跟我們説在後麪一個小區，又多走了好遠好遠，是打車也不是，不打車也不是，帶着長者小孩，一路被抱怨。衞生也一般啦，保潔並沒有好好打掃，我這人一向習慣好評，但是真要計較起來，那就是差評。

小區很安靜，附近吃的地方多，離温泉和七彩雲南都很近，適合在附近遊玩時住。提供一次性浴巾和毛巾牙刷，很方便，美中不足的是主卧衞生間沒有洗髮水沐浴露，需到公衞拿
