The stay was very nice and clean. Close to subway and malls. Just bring own towels as there is only disposable one's in the room.

1.民宿位於一座大樓裏，大樓內大量公寓，一部分用於做住宿酒店，一部分用於出租，我們的房間旁邊就是別人的出租屋，再往邊又是其他民宿。
2.床頭軟包上，有前人的毛髮。

5.滿是榴蓮味的冰箱
好的
1.店家的做生意的思路是好的：輕資產低成本做的思維很好，相比隔壁有前台的酒店，這個民宿不需要自己裝修、不需要前台人力，生意模式靈活。
2.將繁瑣的事情變簡單的思路是好的：將一次毛巾代替需要每次清洗的酒店毛巾，用飲水機代替瓶裝水＆熱水壺，每個房間能剩下很多飲用水與熱水壺，唯一每日需要清洗更換的就是床單、枕套，大大簡化的保潔工作。
3.做民宿的公寓選址好：在這裡有物業給店家處理雜事，有保潔處理耗材更換等事情，店家有更多的精力投入到其他生意。
4.店家運營能力是好的：在這片區域的酒店搜尋中，該民宿展示位置靠前，還擁有4.8的高評分，差評數量僅個位數，且房間圖片拍攝得精美又温馨，很有吸引力。

這是我住過最滿意的民宿啦😍選了很久才找到這個位置非常好的地方：處於四號線和五號線地鐵中間，去高鐵站和翠湖都非常方便，樓下是東華農貿市場，往北走三四百米就是新迎新城和瑞鼎城，買菜買水果逛商場都很方便；最後老闆人非常好，回覆消息很及時。爸爸媽媽這兩天待得很開心，下次他們來昆明打算繼續住這裏😍😍
設施：齊全。有全套的廚具，可以自己做飯

首先民宿位置真的非常非常好，距離地鐵四號線，五號線步行就幾分鐘，旁邊有商場農貿市場。
其次，老闆人真的的非常負責，態度也非常好，我們退房還讓我們寄存一下行李，對於住宿和出行等方面表述的很清楚。
最重要的是，房間乾淨整潔，物品一應俱全，我們帶着小朋友，住在榻榻米上，榻榻米很大，很軟。
總之昆明之行，舒適的住宿，讓我們對昆明更喜歡了，供大家參考哦。
