The room was very clean and the service was very friendly. The most impressive thing was that the waiter asked me for a tip, but the language communication was not smooth. It was the first time he was called a ”foreigner”

First time I and my family stayed at this resort on December 2020. The room that we have stayed is flooded due to monsoon season. The window silicone is old already that cause the rain came inside. The water pipe also has been broken. We have to change our room from room no 107 to no 106 then lastly to room no 112. The room is spacious for family. The service quite good. Staffs response immediately that day. Thanks to them. The pool is nice and spacious. My sons love the pool very much. It makes our holidays happy. Thank you.

If i go vacation in Kuala Terengganu again, i will repeat the same hotel again and again. Friendly staff, clean, nice interior design and easy to park with various shop nearby! And close to the town too!

Excellent
ZZambranoThis is one of the best hotels ive been to. The architecture is really beautiful, the lap pool is amazing, the rooms are really elegant and comfortable, modern, clean.
You can see small sharks and lots of fish just down the hotel.
The staff is so nice. The surroundings are gorgeous : dont hesitate to explore and get off the beaten tracks.
The price of the food and drinks is too expensive, but the meals are well prepared.
The breakfast is amazing. I strongly recommend this hotel

AafinHotel location next to the airport. Lots of free parking lot. Nice view of the flight take off and landing. Has elevator so don't worry if you come with senior citizens. Room is ok . Water heater function. Got Coway outside the rooms . Breakfast is great (tasteful) nasi dagang (during my stay). Expect less of the varieties cuz u just pay for RM 16 per pax for breakfast. They serve 1 main meal, 1 kuih, fruits, bread with spreads and 3 drinks. I don't mind with the varieties cuz the main meal is delicious! I'm gonna repeat this place if coming to Kuala Terengganu next time. Recommended.

*no minibar
*need to have floor mat since room flooring is not carpeted, floor wet every time comes out from washroom
*stayed at 4th floor but need to go 3rd floor for ironing. So inconvenient
*Surau dirty and stuffy, no fan
*Photo of Sultan Mizan is already faded at the lobby, and no Prime Minister photo..

UUghThe hotel is absolutely clean. Initially booked a single room, which is perfect for the solo traveller. Then upgraded to a larger room as I had a bit more things to sort through.
The location is perfect if you’re looking to stay a while just before your flight. Very central and easy to find a lot of places to eat, sundry shops, pharmacies.

YYLFrom the moment we book the ferry ticket from Taman Tamadun Islam, Terengganu, everything and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Our first time here in Redang and it was a fabulous one with all the kind and helpful sincere staffs from Laguna Redang. Highly recommended and will definitely return to this paradise! They have a warong near our room and we had their food for 3nights. Even have prata and burger ramlee live station! Perfect paradise for me and my family.

RRyanShanghaiI had a nice one night stay here. The staff were very helpful and assisted me in explaining how to get to the island from Marina Duyong and I was also able to buy my return ticket from reception which was helpful. In addition, they allowed me to pay for all meals through online transfer, which I was grateful for as I hadn’t brought cash. Travel to and from the resort to the jetty was available for an extra RM20. The food was good - I had the scrambled eggs, pancakes, Chinese fried rice and nasi goreng ayam. The room had everything I needed and was clean. There was a public beach around 10-15 minute walk from the resort and it was very quiet but stunning. I was a little bit unlucky with the weather as it rained more or less the entire time I was there apart from on the morning I left where I managed to grab some photos.

Pool is quite large, has horse riding activity, location is just outside KT city thus no hustle and bustle
Definitely an excellent choice to stay for a holiday
Breakfast not included, for the price the taste is just mediocre
The other issue is my toilet cistern kept discharging water because the push button is too long, just as simple fix though

YYadongeerwaladingThe room is a log cabin, a very good sea view room, and very beautiful. Although it is a bit difficult, it has a great feeling. I like the feeling of opening the door to see the coconut trees and the sea.
