This stay was perfect! From the enthusiasm and professionalism of Manager Xu at the front desk when checking in, to the spotless environment in the room, every detail makes people feel comfortable. The room is fully equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I had a good sleep. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes great. I highly recommend this hotel and will choose it again next time I travel!

I originally booked at Berman, but due to a hygiene issue, I switched to this hotel last minute, and to my surprise, it was a pleasant discovery. The room was spacious and cozy. The price was already good, and with the Ctrip points, it was an absolute steal – excellent value for money! The hotel's location is also fantastic, right opposite the Bazhou Museum. Plus, the restaurant on the second floor offers a good variety of dishes, making dining very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I highly recommend this hotel! The facilities are almost flawless – the room TV is clear, the remote is responsive, the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and the water pressure is stable. The lobby coffee area has an amazing vibe. The hotel also helps with car rentals, making getting around super convenient. All the hardware in the room is brand new and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and worry-free stay. It's suitable for both business and leisure trips. I'll definitely be back!

Great hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They even brought me some water when they saw me coughing badly, which was very thoughtful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety. I also appreciated that the laundry room came with detergent. There's a gym available too.

Tourists driving from Urumqi through the tunnel to Korla recommend this accommodation. The underfloor heating is excellent, even a bit too warm in winter, and the water pressure is great, making showers comfortable and satisfying. The hotel is beautifully designed, clean, and tidy, with complete facilities and satisfactory service. The security guards, front desk staff, cleaning ladies, and restaurant staff are all very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is spacious and has ample spaces. Highly recommended!

This was my dream room, it even had a private courtyard entrance and a welcome fruit plate of Korla fragrant pears. Absolutely incredible value for money! The service was great, facilities complete, and the restaurant next door was delicious too. Arriving in Korla was a pleasant surprise, and they even offered pick-up and drop-off service.

This stay was great! The room was cleaned very clean, there was no smell, the bed was moderately hard and the rest was good. The front desk service is warm and the check-in and check-out efficiency is high. The location of the hotel is convenient, the surrounding eating and shopping are very close, the room is soundproofed and the night is very quiet. The facilities are well maintained, Wi‑ Fi is stable, the overall price is very high, and I will stay here next time.

Just landed at Korla Airport and took a taxi straight to the hotel. Coming from inland, I could definitely feel how much drier the air is here. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helped me check in quickly. They also recommended some old local restaurants nearby. That evening, I tried a serving of dry-fried noodles – spicy and flavorful, it was a great meal after a long day of travel.
