"This resort is in such a beautiful setting. A perfect relaxing getaway where the team could not be more helpful. Not only did they make all arrangements for all or our day trips, but a member of the team even raced after us to the airport with some items we didn't even realise we left behind. Fabulous."

"Simple and quite old interior. Location is about 5 - 6km from the city center, shuttle and airport pick-up are available. The staff is quite friendly, only I was disappointed with the PIC receptionist, I ordered take away breakfast because I was picked up in the morning by the tour for a 1 day trip, it turned out it was not provided. So on the day, I had to wait again. For the shuttle to the airport, it was also combined with guests with a 13.30 flight, asked to wait past the time I reserved, even though my flight was at 12 noon. The variety & quality of breakfast is very lacking for a 5 star hotel."

There are villas on the water that offer every detail. A trial stay is also possible. Each room has a private pool. But you can also snorkel in the sea 🤿 A private butler is available 24 hours a day. From picking you up at the port to taking care of every little convenience, you will be well looked after. Meals can also be prepared for you on request 🥙. Anything is possible, so live the island dream."

"The hotel's proximity to the port made it very convenient for sea excursions. There's an ATM right outside, a small convenience store, and a street nearby offering boat/scooter rentals and dining options, which was very handy. The night market seafood wasn't as delicious as what we've had in Jakarta, and dining there in the evening was quite unpleasant due to the pervasive smoke. Complimentary airport transfers are a great plus. The hot water was excellent, which I was very satisfied with. I would definitely consider staying here again for future sea trips. Environment: On our second night, we returned to find a bag of trash inexplicably left outside our door, which was incredibly frustrating! 😡 Service: Good. Facilities: Good. Cleanliness: Acceptable (though the pillowcases consistently had visible stains)."

"We stayed at Sudamala Resort after our 3D2N open trip around Komodo Island to relax and recharge. We booked a room with an indoor swimming pool, and it was absolutely remarkable spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The resort itself is incredibly peaceful, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. We also tried the massage at the hotel, which was excellent and helped us unwind even more. What impressed me the most, however, was the exceptional service from one of the staff members, Huberth. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, he greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much, Huberth! Your hospitality made our experience truly memorable, and because of you, we’ll definitely be back."

"The location is about 10-15 minutes drive from the airport and the pier. The hotel is right by the sea, with a beach and a swimming pool. It is an older four-star hotel, and the facilities are not new, but they are all clean and comfortable. The villa room I booked is very large, especially the room on the second floor is larger than the one on the first floor. The air conditioning is cold enough, which is very important. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, and the front desk communicates smoothly in English, especially Bony, who has a pure American accent and is self-taught, which is a bit amazing. The restaurant is right by the sea, with an unbeatable sea view. The breakfast is rich and the dinner price is very affordable. In general, if you don’t have to stay in a luxurious hotel like Ayana, Luwansa is a very cost-effective choice."

"Very cool modern hotel in Labuan Bajo. Awesome aesthetics all around, from the entrance to the rooftop pool and restaurant, to the room itself. Only stayed one night but would absolutely stay again if ever in Labuan Bajo. Excellent value for money. Food and drinks at the restaurant were also great."

"Zasgo Hotel truly feels like a hidden gem in Labuan Bajo. Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to the suite on the 8th floor – an amazing surprise. From our room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view over the town and harbor, which instantly made our stay memorable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything from arranging tours to organizing transport. When I had a complaint about the water pressure in our room, it was quickly resolved while we were out for dinner – outstanding service! The only minor downside is the location. Instead of a 5-minute walk to the main strip, it takes about 10 minutes. But honestly, we didn’t mind at all – it even helped us reach our 10,000 steps a day 😉. Overall: a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful views, and a warm atmosphere. Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to explore Labuan Bajo."

"Overall, the room itself was generally quite good, offering a direct sea view from the window which was stunning, especially at night. The only minor drawback was its location, making transportation and shopping a bit inconvenient as it's far from the seafood night market and malls. Otherwise, it was quite decent. It's not recommended if you enjoy going out in the evenings, but it's perfect for those who prefer a quiet stay. Oh, and one more thing: the hotel's power outlets are compatible with Chinese domestic chargers."
