"Simple and quite old interior. Location is about 5 - 6km from the city center, shuttle and airport pick-up are available. The staff is quite friendly, only I was disappointed with the PIC receptionist, I ordered take away breakfast because I was picked up in the morning by the tour for a 1 day trip, it turned out it was not provided. So on the day, I had to wait again. For the shuttle to the airport, it was also combined with guests with a 13.30 flight, asked to wait past the time I reserved, even though my flight was at 12 noon. The variety & quality of breakfast is very lacking for a 5 star hotel."

"We stayed at Sudamala Resort after our 3D2N open trip around Komodo Island to relax and recharge. We booked a room with an indoor swimming pool, and it was absolutely remarkable spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The resort itself is incredibly peaceful, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. We also tried the massage at the hotel, which was excellent and helped us unwind even more. What impressed me the most, however, was the exceptional service from one of the staff members, Huberth. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, he greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much, Huberth! Your hospitality made our experience truly memorable, and because of you, we’ll definitely be back."

"The location is about 10-15 minutes drive from the airport and the pier. The hotel is right by the sea, with a beach and a swimming pool. It is an older four-star hotel, and the facilities are not new, but they are all clean and comfortable. The villa room I booked is very large, especially the room on the second floor is larger than the one on the first floor. The air conditioning is cold enough, which is very important. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, and the front desk communicates smoothly in English, especially Bony, who has a pure American accent and is self-taught, which is a bit amazing. The restaurant is right by the sea, with an unbeatable sea view. The breakfast is rich and the dinner price is very affordable. In general, if you don’t have to stay in a luxurious hotel like Ayana, Luwansa is a very cost-effective choice."

"I absolutely recommend this hotel as a base for anyone who wants to explore the beauty of Labuan Bajo. 1. The location is just excellent. It's just a short drive from the airport. The hotel offers complimentary airport transfer, which is very convenient for the guests as Labuan Bajo has no online cab hailing. It's also a short walk from the port where all the boats depart and arrive. 2. The view is unbeatable. 3. The buffet breakfast is really good. They have cook-to-order nasi goreng. The bread and pastries are delicious. They even offer fresh mixed juice prepared on the spot. 4. The service is topnotch. They give complimentary cake and cookies every evening. There are free beverages in the mini fridge. They even give free 15-minute foot massage for one person for each room. For improvement, I suggest the hotel provide a towel rack in the balcony or at least clothes line in the bathroom, as after the water activities, there's nowhere to hang our wet clothes."

"I was in Labuan Bajo for business and Laprima was ideal. Within walking distance yet just far enough out of town to feel secluded, with spacious rooms that have an excellent sunset view (I had the ninth floor rooms facing the bay and islands). We rented a boat to explore the islands and used the very convenient jetty at Laprima. Breakfast buffet was average but the omelet from the egg stand was excellent. The coffee at the buffet was not too my taste so I ordered a cappuccino for Rp. 30.0000, Les than two USD for a decent cappuccino! Will definitely come again."

The location of the hotel is simply perfect – it's situated in a prime area, making it incredibly easy to explore the island has to offer in walking distance.   The staff here were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. They were attentive, professional, and always ready with recommendations or assistance whenever needed. It's clear that they go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and valued. The room itself was everything I could have hoped for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. I particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind and relax. Lastly, the feeling of safety was something I truly appreciated during my stay. "Zasgo Hotel truly feels like a hidden gem in Labuan Bajo. Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to the suite on the 8th floor – an amazing surprise. From our room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view over the town and harbor, which instantly made our stay memorable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything from arranging tours to organizing transport. When I had a complaint about the water pressure in our room, it was quickly resolved while we were out for dinner – outstanding service! The only minor downside is the location. Instead of a 5-minute walk to the main strip, it takes about 10 minutes. But honestly, we didn’t mind at all – it even helped us reach our 10,000 steps a day 😉. Overall: a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful views, and a warm atmosphere. Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to explore Labuan Bajo."

GGuest UserVery cute hotel far away from the hussel and bussel of everything. While the distance might inconvenience some, that was exactly what we were looking for. As mentioned in the other comments, the hotel isn’t the easiest to get to as you have to go down a little goat path if you come in from the top of the mountain. Definitely recommend getting the shuttle offered by the hotel to pick you up from the airport as our taxi driver had a hard time finding it haha. Super friendly staff, ready to help no matter the issue, even carried our (and in my case very heavy) suitcases down the path. Food is average but prepared with care. Electricity and (hot) water is limited and internet is only available in the main area from 6-9pm but they extended that time for us as we were the only people there at that time. Cute little beach in front of the hotel though there is a lot of trash (not the hotel’s fault- visible across all the islands) Just 1 tip: BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY! 🤭

GGuest UserI have to praise this hotel. I came to Komodo diving and I am very satisfied with the location of this hotel! Downstairs is Michelle Ice City. There will be many dive shops opposite the door. When you go out, turn left and walk 20 meters to have an ATM. There is a local travel agency that can report a day trip opposite the ATM. Another 50 meters is the pier. Another 20 meters there are KFC and Starbucks. Going a little further is the seafood street. Go out and turn right for 100 meters. There are many delicious restaurants and massage shops and supermarkets. The favorite ice cream shop is only about 50 meters away from the hotel industry. This location is simply great. I went out for a half-day tour, a day tour, and fundive. I was gathered at the pier. I walked 150 meters and it took three minutes. It was very convenient to go back to the hotel after a day of running. Before reading the comment area, some people said that it would be very noisy at night because there was a bar? I lived on the second floor and didn't hear anything at all. The waiter at this hotel was also very enthusiastic. I arrived at 11 o'clock and thought I had to wait until 2 pm to check in. As a result, he told me that I could check in directly 🥹🥹 Super lucky. However, there is a disadvantage that the sheets in this hotel are not very clean. We brought a disposable bed four-piece set. Friends who book this hotel can refer to it. I generally rarely give praise to the hotel, but the location of this hotel is really good hahaha, if you come to dive, you can choose this one! I will consider this store next time.
