This island is magical! The service is second to none. The bars, the buffet was delightful, the accomodation is avant-garde yet caters to a higher end crowd. The private boat ride to the island and the arrival at the jetty is going to leave an indelible imprint in my memory ! The reef and fish are just below the jetty and there is the opportunity to see reef crabs. The resort is truly magical, a must find, a must see and something to be treasured. Those who love movies like the Beach, Jurassic Park, Deep Blue Sea, anything acquatic and that meets nature and natural palms could get lost on this island for days. Thr rooms are too creative and luxurious to describe, a must see, subject to availability. Thank you for the privacy, the luxury, the food and drinks and the kind hearted service of the Thai people. Nice location with a good view. Only downside: could not find a good espresso in any of the restaurants or bars.

My family and I stayed at Santhiya for 3 nights! We were amazed with how big this resort was and the many different activities you can do here including paddling, free yoga, and Muay Thai! We loved both the beach and the pool at the top of the resort. The pier is a major plus at this resort as it was beautiful to lap out and watch the sunset! All the staff were very friendly and accommodating! The only downside of this resort is that the rooms were a bit musty and dark since we had garden view rooms. But they did help my parents to relocate room :) While there are multiple restaurants options the menus seem similar and a little overpriced for Thai dishes. There are some cheaper restaurants down the beach that we enjoyed! Overall, we would definitely go back but we would try to get a room that is higher up or facing water. Another amazing stay here. Our 8th time at this resort. It’s just fabulous.

The hotel is Thai style. Every exit from the room requires a shuttle, our room specifically needed 2 shuttles in each direction. I recommend finding out before closing the room, in addition, find out what floor the room is on (our building had 3 floors without an elevator)

The hotel setting is spectacular, ours was an ocean view room which looked out over the sea towards Phuket. The rooms are beautifuly equiped and decorated and our stay was very comfortble and relaxing. The beach area is probably. the best on the island and the hotel has dining options there along with a very nice pool.

Very nice hotel at quiet place of Koh Yao Yai, room is big and clean with local Thai style. Each room gets balcony and bath tub. A bit far and up and down for walking, always need shuttle car to go to beach and other places

There is absolutely nothing negative I could say about this gorgeous place. I left today after a weeks stay, and honestly I’m devastated I couldn’t stay longer haha. It is absolutely heaven on earth. I had a gorgeous villa with a pool. The room was so pretty and was in excellent condition. The restaurants were both excellent with a large range of food. The staff were all so kind and friendly. They were always very willing to help in any way they could. Thank you so much for my stay, I know that I will definitely have to come back again next summer!

Excellent service and view in the hotel. Free yoga class, thai boxing and dancing class provided. Will come here again next time. Perfect pick up service arrangement too.
