Understanding and empathetic staff. I will use this hotel again

We reached our hotel in the middle of the night because we booked a late flight. When we come to the hotel, the first thing is not looked at as the picture they posted. Secondly the smell was so bad. Then we wanted to leave but it was late. We actually booked 2 nights but after 1 night we just wanted to move. In the morning when we were trying to use the bathroom we saw cockroach then we were just left . We don't know how this hotel has a 3 star rating.

Was clean n nice and staffs are friendly n price was so cheap. Just say thank you

So many food in the area. So many bars which is just not my vibe. Too noisy at night. Too much trash outside. Yet it’s such an affordable hotel to stay.

Great location and welcoming hosts. Unbeatable prices. On the other hand, the dormitory has 8 bunk beds (and not 4 as advertised). The bathroom light stays on all night, so it's hard to sleep. The room is dirty and there are no sheets. So we have to collect the dirty duvets from previous travelers...

Bad, the pictures on the trip are far from reality. The room is damp, smells very bad, the bathroom has an electric panel with wires sticking out, not covered/shielded. Booked a standard room. Too bad

A good hostel in terms of price-quality ratio, there is a kitchen, which is rare for hostels in Ho Chi Minh City, a family home atmosphere

I stayed in a dormitory. I think women and people who like cleanliness will go crazy. The staff are nice and friendly.
