"During my stay for 6 days and 5 night, I was truly impressed by the housekeeping service. The front desk team was efficient and always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurant staff provided excellent service, making dining a pleasant experience. A special appreciation to the housekeeping team, who ensured my room was spotless and comfortable every day. "The staff at the counter Puvan , Suguna and the contact centre staff all very very friendly and answered my questions patiently  The house keeping boy who attended our room chubby & cute with his smile assisting me with my toiletries and towels .  Overall good service but we have little bad experience with our room door #1219 Friday 8-10/8 door unable to open , according the receptionist battery low can’t fix and change another room #319 which I was not satisfied cos I prefer higher floor . Shower gel can be better and breakfast also can have more on local delight like “kueh kueh “ morning no one will take friend chicken so can change the chicken menu something else like . “Lontong  or laksa “ Hope I will come again to enjoy the lontong and laksa 🤗😄👍"

"Book this hotel for its location for attending class nearby. The booking was easy with Trip.com at a very good price. Only street parking is available for this hotel. There are many different restaurants (Chinese, Western, Korean, deseert bar) and a few pubs around this area. Selected a twin-bed room with a window. The room looks clean and neat. Just the naminated flooring is not in good shape. There is a kettle with coffee and tea in the room, but no fridge. The toilet amenities are complete with body and hair shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shower cab, and razor. All our daily hygiene needs are here. Hence, save the hassle of bringing it. The front desk staff is friendly too. Overall, I was happy with the booking and the stay in this hotel"

"It’s really nice to stay here, even no lif, for me it’s doesn’t matter, as long the room a clean, can sleep properly. The most thing i like can connect Netflix and the Wi-Fi also so fast. Just need to improve few things like towel add on 1 more. Floor mat so after out from toilet the floor not wet. The other for me is okay, and the price so cheap also. It’s hard to find hotel in cheap price but comfortable and clean. Receptionist also friendly ya, will come here again on next trip🥰"

"We booked this place as we had a wedding at the glasshouse. We booked 4 rooms. Location wise it’s literally a 2 mins walk . It’s perfect and convenient. The rooms were poorly maintained. Lighting was really bad and the water in the sink kept running . The staffs were nice and friendly . I’d say you get what you pay for , so it’s a fair deal"
