It's located in Macau's old town, very close to Rua de Outubro Cinco, making it super convenient for finding food. Major old town attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's are all within walking distance. It's also not far from the shuttle stops for hotels like the Grand Lisboa, MGM, and Wynn. The staff are warm and polite, the room size is decent, and the view is good. A great choice for a stay!"

"The hotel's price fluctuates a lot. It dropped from the original booking of over 3000 to just 2200, while other platforms offered it for 1900 for three nights. Despite paying more, I wasn't given a better experience. For example, they refused to include breakfast, claiming it was from a different company than the front desk. My room upgrade only got me a 'view room,' which turned out to be quite noisy at night. To top it off, there was no comb in the room. I only realized this on the third day and, even after reminding them, it still wasn't replenished. It took several calls to finally get one. Overall, the service felt very tired. While every call eventually resolved the issue, many small details were still overlooked. The bathtub drain was clogged and needed someone to come fix it because the cover was stuck. All in all, I'd say it was just passable. At this price, it's not worth it. If it were around 600-1000, then maybe. I believe since I booked the more expensive option, the hotel should have included breakfast."

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very quick. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The overall environment was quiet and not noisy, with complete facilities and great value for money. My stay was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip. "The hotel was incredibly accommodating, even upgrading my room during the busy winter holiday season. Having a washing machine in the room was a huge plus! They also included a complimentary breakfast, although the breakfast area itself was pretty standard. The room was clean and comfortable. Its location in the old district, right next to StarWorld, MGM, and Wynn, makes it super convenient for entertainment, shopping, and sightseeing. I'll definitely be back!"

"I chose The Londoner Royal Garden Hotel to celebrate my son's birthday with my parents and family. Their service was truly exceptional. Besides making advance arrangements, they also researched dietary requirements online beforehand, as my son has favism. I'm incredibly grateful to our housekeepers, Willson and Lucianna, for their thoughtful service. Willson, in particular, went out of his way to purchase some children's toothpaste, as the hotel didn't have any non-mint toothpaste, and my son can't use anything with mint. His attention to detail was impeccable. I'm also grateful to the hotel for preparing a birthday cake for my son, and the staff sang happy birthday for him, which delighted him greatly. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious. I'm grateful to the housekeeping team for taking everyone's preferences into account and preparing thoughtful gifts, making for a truly enjoyable and heartwarming weekend getaway."
