The overall value is high; it’s peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and convenient to get around. "Had a really enjoyable stay here! One of the highlights was the loft design—it’s stylish, unique, and made the experience feel much more special than a typical hotel stay. The room we booked was spacious, and could comfortably fit 5 people. The service was excellent from start to finish. Even before our arrival, the team was patient and responsive in answering all our questions. Throughout our stay, they were attentive, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised that our deliveries were sent directly to our room; it’s a thoughtful touch that reflected the team’s attention to detail. A special shout-out to our 小管家桐桐、彬彬 and 十一 for taking such great care of us. They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful, making our stay seamless and comfortable. The check-out process was also smooth and hassle-free. Not only was the service excellent, but the location was fantastic as well. The hotel is conveniently located in Taikoo Li, and is within walking distance of the metro station. There are plenty of dining options nearby, many of which stay open late till late at night. There are also several convenience stores just a minute’s walk from the hotel, which made our stay even more convenient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu and would gladly stay here again on my next trip!"

"A fine hotel in a decent, central location. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet, with a nice outdoor seating area and good air conditioning. Gym was very basic without much equipment. Not a bad deal for the price."

"The room was advertised as 30 square meters, but it felt smaller in reality, perhaps due to common areas or misrepresentation. However, aside from that, there were no issues with the room. The service, in particular, was exceptional—easily 4.8 out of 5 stars. They were incredibly responsive and met every request. What I loved most was having a washing machine with a dryer right in the room, which allowed me to do laundry anytime, anywhere, ensuring my clothes were clean for the next day's travel. The location is also fantastic, very close to the subway, with plenty of dining, shopping, and transportation options nearby. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped with a kitchen and even a massage chair. The 270-degree window offered a great view of Taikoo Li. It's incredibly close to Taikoo Li, IFS, and Daci Temple, making it super convenient for dining, drinking, and shopping. Plus, there's an underground parking lot, which is perfect for families traveling by car."

"Choosing this high-rise hotel in Taikoo Li for my trip to Chengdu was absolutely the right decision – the experience was perfect! What impressed me most was the cleanliness; the attention to detail was exceptional! As soon as I walked into the room, it was spotless. The floor was so clean I could comfortably walk barefoot, not a speck of dust anywhere. The bedding was pure white, smooth, and soft to the touch, with a lovely texture. There wasn't a single stain or odd smell, making for a very peaceful sleep. The bathroom deserves special praise: the tiles were gleaming, the wet and dry areas were perfectly separated, and there were no water stains or limescale on the vanity or mirror. The toilet was pristine, with every corner and crevice thoroughly cleaned. Even the floor drain had no odor, showing it had been diligently cleaned and disinfected. Even a germaphobe like me felt completely at ease. The environment was incredible, with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offering an expansive view! During the day, I could overlook the bustling streets of Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, with all the hustle and bustle visible below. At night, the city lights were absolutely stunning, creating an amazing atmosphere – I got to see the spectacular Chengdu night view without even leaving the room. The decor was a light luxury minimalist style, elegant without being ostentatious. The space was wide and airy, not at all cramped, with excellent natural light and ventilation, making for a very comfortable stay. The location was also convenient; a few minutes' walk downstairs led directly to the Taikoo Li shopping district, perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing."

"Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious and well-lit. It's a serviced apartment, so it came with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and even a washer and dryer. A robot can deliver food to your room, and Raffles City Mall is right downstairs. Plus, it's within walking distance to the subway station. Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about!"

"Had a truly restful stay! This is hands down the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in during all my business trips over the years. The materials used here are far superior to many resort brands. I arrived during the latter half of the May Day holiday, and the front desk clerk upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite. The bedding was even more comfortable than Hilton's, perfectly balanced in terms of softness and firmness, and the bed was huge. The room was incredibly quiet, and the surrounding area felt upscale and safe, even when returning late at night. The guests were high-quality, mostly business travelers and international visitors. It truly lives up to Yanlord's reputation – the bathtub, shower, and attention to detail were excellent; even the lampshades were spotless. The entire suite was quiet, safe, and odorless, and it was convenient to get anywhere. Housekeeping was discreet, never disturbing me, so I could sleep in until the afternoon and still enjoy the quiet. This past week truly helped me recharge. I'm sad to leave and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!"
