"Excellent location: Right near the Taikoo Li commercial district and Lan Kwai Fong, making it super convenient for getting around, shopping, and enjoying delicious food. You can walk and experience the blend of Old Chengdu's charm and modern fashion. Room view and scenery: We stayed in a deluxe city-view twin room, which was spacious, bright, and well-equipped. Pulling back the curtains revealed the stunning view of 'Chengdu, a beautiful blend of ancient and modern,' with a very open vista. The city night view was even more spectacular. Cleanliness and environment: The room was spotlessly clean, with attention to detail that made our stay incredibly reassuring. The hotel's overall environment was upscale and comfortable, making you feel relaxed the moment you step in. Thoughtful service: From check-in at the front desk to departure, every staff member was enthusiastic, professional, and always smiling, making us feel the warmth of home."

"Really enjoyed our stay in the top floor suite with an amazing view overlooking Taikoo Li and the skyline. The location is perfect for a short visit, with Taikoo Li just outside, making it very easy to walk around. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, responding to our requests and questions instantly, they even helped us fill up the bathtub/pool while we were out so it was ready upon our return! Also loved the projector screen to watch tv. Many amenities like snacks, towels, robes, slippers were also provided. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely return!"

"This was my first stay at the Waldorf Astoria Chengdu, and it was a great experience. First off, every time we arrived or departed, the staff at the entrance were incredibly prompt in opening car doors and helping with luggage. The Chinese restaurant offers fantastic views of the Chengdu Twin Towers, and the food was delicious. While we were having lunch, they courteously brought our luggage up to our room for us. The rooms at the Waldorf Astoria are always quite spacious for their category, with an excellent and comfortable layout. Even though it was just a one-night stay, the experience was wonderful, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"The loft I stayed in this time was better than I expected; the room was very clean. The subway is right downstairs, which makes getting around super convenient. There are tons of places to eat nearby; you can find a restaurant easily just by stepping out. It's also not far from Jiuyan Bridge and Chunxi Road, which is great for shopping or enjoying the night view. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Chengdu."
