I always love to stay at this Hotel , Room is big , receptionist is good , location is perfect, one issue I hope the management will consider the corridors and room carpet to do a deep cleaning it's getting very dirty now , if my next trip there is no improvement I shall look into next hotel

Tremendous value. Room was clean, large and had amenities like shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, power outlets, and ample lighting. Location makes shopping for food/clothes a breeze. People were nice and accommodating. Make sure you have a Chinese translation app.

The carpet in the room is dirty

The hotel is located near the pedestrian street, with all the necessary facilities around. It is very convenient to find food and entertainment. There is an underground parking lot and free parking. The front desk service attitude is very good. When booking a room, I specifically noted my requirements and they were able to help arrange them.

The room was spacious, and there's a food court next to the hotel. The prices were reasonable, transportation was convenient, and the service was friendly. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, but there was no coffee.

The room is quite large and the environment is good. A room with a window would be better. The facilities are quite complete and it is also very quiet. You can't hear any noise from outside. Overall, the price-performance ratio is high!

As a group guest who booked 14 rooms for two nights, we checked in on the evening of August 18th and were met with epic indifference from the front desk staff. They even had the nerve to yell at me. I politely checked in, but they acted like I was being asked to do something. Is this what a service person is?! High bills don't buy basic respect! One receptionist ruined the entire staff experience, leading the entire team to complain collectively, "It was like begging her for a favor!" If the hotel continues to accommodate group bookings, please immediately fire and warn this toxic employee. We're not here to be bullied. The sales generated by these 14 rooms is enough to hire another professional receptionist!

The hotel is clean and convenient. There is a large shopping mall downstairs with everything you need for eating, drinking and shopping. It's a very nice stay!

The bathroom door is half broken. It's really too old.
