Everything was very good. We were upgraded to a superior king room we paid for a king room. The room was immaculate, and the biggest room we ever stayed in. The pool was so clean and tidy. The staff in all areas were helpful and kind. I recommend staying in this hotel it is very peaceful.

Very outstanding Hotel IN Cairo, great food, great room ! So close to The Giza pyramids and the grand Egyptian museum! next time i will still choose movenpick media city

The hotel is big the staff very friendly beside this can not expect as a 5 stars hotel, the breakfast medium low nice pool if you gonna use it

Staff are so nice, landscape is amazing, rooms are ok but needs more refurbishing as contents are getting old and needs maintenance.. overall I enjoyed it.

Terrible service on reception, I book online for my son and his wife i give them a copy of both passport and marriage certificate and they say why they from different country and they refuse my son and his wife to stay in the hotel then I went to another hotel, much better and they accept to stay. movenpick cairo very bad service on reception, never ever book on the hotel😩

The hotel looks good and is well maintained, with spacious grounds and spacious rooms. My room was already a little tired/dated. The majority of the hotel staff were pleasant, though the operation felt a little chaotic and some staff on reception especially lacked high-end customer service skills that you would expect from a 5 star.

The rooms are not well maintained. My room's balcony door lock was not working so it was unsafe always. I booked a King size bed but got double beds. They charge for the car parking but you don't find a space. Food is very average.
