My wife and I had nothing to complain about, from check-in, to breakfast and check-out, everything was smooth! The hotel's location is great, close to the city center and right in the heart of the south zone, thus favoring several tours. The room is comfortable and charming, with a large, well-cooled minibar, the bed linen and towels are well washed, the bed is soft, the air conditioning is old but works perfectly and doesn't make noise, the sink is spacious and the hot water in the shower works normally. Breakfast surprised us with several fried, baked and cold options, some of which stood out: Quiche (pie), fried balls filled with cheese and cheese breads in a larger size than the conventional ones. There are several breads and cakes, fresh fruit options, several natural juices from orange and grape to Detox juice, pots of natural yogurt, and the pure coffee is wonderful served in an electronic machine from the Pilão brand. We will definitely be back! The hotel is well worth it!

Although the room is good, rooms 201 and 221 have wall-mounted air conditioning and make a lot of noise, and there is still a leak in the air in 221.

I couldn't stay. when I arrived to check in I was informed by the receptionist of the time that they had a problem with some reservations and that they could not carry out my check in, sending me to another nearby hotel. despite the inconvenience, everything went well and everyone was cordial

Отличное местоположение. Отель поддерживают в хорошем состоянии, хотя видно, что он построен давно. Слаженная команда персонала, готовая сразу помочь. Заселили сразу, хоть мы и приехали рано утром. Вкусный разнообразный завтрак с большим количеством фруктов.

Eu gosto muito do hotel Regina. Sou hospede frequente. Está muito bem localizado, perto do Metrô.

Excelente localização. Quarto espaçoso para 1 pessoa, para três já seria apertado. O prédio é antigo mas tudo funciona. O quarto tem muitas tomadas, o que é ótimo! Ótima iluminação. Café da manhã muito bom. Atendimento cordial e educado. Só faltava alguém para ajudar a levar a bagagem no check in e check out. No mais recomendo muito.

Excelentes localização, boas acomodações e café da manhã. As refeições do jantar são simples mais muito saborosas.

Hotel muito bom pelo custo benefício, única crítica seria que meu quarto apto 420 ficou próximo de alguma dispensa onde as camareiras guardam os utensílios de limpeza dos quartos e a acústica do quarto não é boa, então logo cedo acordava com barulhos, conversas e interfones que tocam o tempo todo.

Fiquei apenas 1 diária mais atendeu muito minhas expectativas. Quarto limpo, café da manhã bem servido com várias opções de aperitivos.
