The next morning, the main road was full of shared bicycles, and it was impossible to get a taxi. I especially thank the hotel. It should be a relatively old five-star hotel in Kaifeng. It has a good location. It is located between the museum and the Qingming Shanghe Park. It is convenient to go anywhere, and there is no need to worry about traffic jams in the inner city. I personally prefer star-rated hotels. Compared with homestays, the service of taking the elderly and children out is more guaranteed, and the ability to solve problems is stronger. My husband and I took our wheelchair-bound mother to Kaifeng for a trip and stayed in this hotel for six days. Before we set off, we received a call from the hotel, saying that they had reserved a room for us. What touched me most was that it was already past 11 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The proprietress and the front desk waiter had been waiting for us. Drinking a cup of hot tea and listening to the wonderful Henan accent made us feel warm in our hearts! The front desk quickly checked in, and soon we said goodnight! The hotel's breakfast was a familiar home-cooked meal, with sweet potatoes, pumpkins, fried dough sticks, buns, flower rolls, jujube cakes, steamed dumplings, eggs, fried noodles, a few stir-fried vegetables, a few cold dishes, wontons, milk, soy milk, and coffee. It was very comfortable to eat. The hotel room is fully equipped with a single bed and a double bed, which is just right for the three of us to sleep. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are sunny, and we sit in front of the window to drink tea, watching the busy streets with people coming and going, and experiencing the fireworks of the ancient capital of Kaifeng. The hotel staff is very good. If you have any needs, they are solved immediately with just a phone call. Whether it is the front desk, restaurant or room cleaning, the service staff always greets you with a smile and provides warm service, making us feel at home and as touched as if we had met family.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a total of 7 nights during this trip: 2 nights at Kaifeng Dichen, 2 nights at Luoyang Kaiyuan, 2 nights at Xi'an Bell Tower, and 1 night at Zhengzhou Longzi Lake. I feel that the price/performance ratio is very good, especially the location where land is at a premium. I bought a special coupon at the Xi'an Bell Tower store for only 300 yuan a night. Each store provides free breakfast for children. My baby is over 160cm tall. The Luoyang and Zhengzhou stores also upgraded to a 35-square-meter room. The facilities in the Kaifeng store are very new, the breakfast is rich, and the haggis soup is particularly delicious. It feels good to stay here, like it 👍

The hotel lady speaks very sweetly, the parking space is very convenient, the hotel environment is very good, the room is very clean and tidy, the room has a lot of free things, the mobile phone charging is very convenient, the front desk is equipped with a charger, the overall experience is very recommended.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

The hotel is easy to find. There is a night market snack at the door that is said to be loved by locals. The taste is good and the price is affordable! The hotel has a complete breakfast variety. The spicy soup here is a local specialty. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. When checking in, they also sent Kaifeng specialty snacks. Especially the waiters 1, 6 and 8 were attentive and answered all questions. They recommended the surrounding specialties and tasted good. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.
