The only bad comment is that we couldn’t decrease the room temperature so we were feeling very very hot all the time and apparently this is a recurrent problem. It needs to be sorted. Besides this, I would recommend the stay at this hotel.

First of all, the advantages are that the location is excellent, next to the Qingming Riverside Park, not far from Wansui Mountain, parking is also convenient, both on the ground and in the basement, and the room is spacious and bright. As for the dissatisfaction, the facilities are relatively old, which can be accepted, but the most intolerable thing is that there is a problem with the hot water. The hottest water temperature is only a little higher than body temperature, which is 40 degrees. At first, I thought the hot water had not come completely, and I adjusted the water temperature to the hottest temperature, but it was always at this temperature, so that I caught a cold and had a fever when I took a bath! Later, I reported the hot water problem to the hotel and had to change rooms. I had a fever of 39 degrees and I was carrying my luggage to change rooms? It disrupted my travel plans in Kaifeng. As a hotel, you should check your rooms frequently.

I came to Kaifeng, Henan for a self-driving tour during the Spring Festival. I booked 2 rooms here and stayed for two nights. The hotel is located outside the city wall of the old city. Opposite is the Songcheng of Bianliang, which is convenient for eating! The hotel has a large ground parking lot🅿️. The hotel service is good and humane. I took the children to swim twice and the children gave high praise. The breakfast is also rich in variety and the dining room has a good view. It was a very pleasant four days

I am particularly grateful🙏The hotel cleaning aunt, the room cleaning aunt, and the front desk service are all very, very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Water is also provided every day. When I left, I didn't want the bath towel I brought with me, but I forgot to tell the front desk, and the front desk even called me specially. It is convenient to drive, take a taxi or ride to the scenic spots. It is also OK to go to some good breakfast shops and old restaurants. The check-in experience is very good. I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.
