The room itself was standard, but at 799, it included breakfast for two and two tickets to Jinan Wildlife Park, making it excellent value for money. Special mention to Grace, who provided fantastic follow-up service throughout our stay. She was very thoughtful and incredibly responsive; our license plate was registered instantly after we provided it. The breakfast spread was very generous, and our children thoroughly enjoyed it."

BBB travelWeird location, it was very close to the High Speed Train station JiNan Xi, but the entrance is very hard to get to and the taxi will mostly missed it.

The amenities were comprehensive – charging outlets and a hairdryer were readily available and very convenient to use. The room was spotlessly clean: the sheets and pillowcases were pristine, and the desk surfaces gleamed. Breakfast was hot and hearty, featuring soy milk, steamed meat buns, and boiled eggs. The late-night congee service was a particularly thoughtful touch. The environment was also very quiet; there was no noise at night, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

BBufuhaoshiguangdelaozhang1. Thanks to the lady who changed the shift the next day, the service was very enthusiastic and sincere, and she really cared about the travelers. Otherwise, I would not have given it a star. The reason is that its room rate and hardware basically exceed the price range of 80-100 on the same floor and in the same surrounding area. But in fact, it is not worth the price of nearly 400 yuan per night for a 4-star, quasi-5-star hotel. The soft configuration and service are too poor, not worth it at all. Especially when I asked if there was a porter who could help take down the luggage, he said directly, ”What?” Wait, let me ask. If I was not tired, I would not have stayed there at all.
2. Parking is said to be free only once per night, and the extra parking needs to be paid by yourself, because the third party parking is rented for 6 yuan per hour, which is too expensive. I heard it for the first time.
3. The hotel leaders did not take action, but only held a meeting with employees in the morning to remind them that there were water stains on the tea bar next to the bar. They did not care whether the guests checked in smoothly or what their needs were. They did not know how to train employees on service work. For example, they sent us 2 apples and 2 pears on the first night, but only yogurt on the second night. I'm not being hypocritical, I asked for fruit because I felt the service, but there was no fruit.
4. Fortunately, the bartender was sincere today, otherwise it would be... By the way, does your hotel have a tobacco license? How can you sell such expensive 16 yuan Slims for 25 yuan?

Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently.
I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of.
Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all.
When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰
Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great.
Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great.
When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳
I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

GGuest UserOur traveling party of 5 booked 2 rooms. Although our daughters are now grown-up, they enjoyed the family theme, with toys, a small rocking horse (and foam carpet to protect young kids in case of a fall) and cute pillow case and blanket cover - perfect for families with young kids too (the bed is normal size, so teenagers can use it too, without a problem). Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was welcoming and helpful. This is ”the only table tennis themed hotel in China”, so if you want to practice, you can bring your equipment, tables are there, waiting for you (in fact, the National team came to train here). The buffet breakfast was huge, and with multiple food options to satisfy both Western and Chinese tastes. Access from the airport was convenient, a 1-hr bus ride to across the road, and right next to the hotel to go back to Jinan airport, but do check the timing because it seems like every hour or so only. Baotu spring is a 10-15min walk away, so it's a decent location to explore the city too. We will certainly book this hotel for a future Jinan holiday !

The hotel itself was great, clean, and comfortable, and had all the things you needed for a good stay and overnight quiet sleep. The room itself was great. I had some confusion when I got up in the morning to get the shuttle bus to the airport at 5.30 am But was told the only shuttle bus had left at 5 am! Why did someone not clearly explain this to me? Most hotels I have stayed at near the airport in the past, have shuttle buses every 30 minutes to the airport in the early mornings. I sought the help of the young girl receptionist to assist me in getting a taxi quickly. But she seemed annoyed that I had disturbed her early morning routine when she was only interested in completing her phone video game! And not helping me! Unbelievable! The girl receptionist said that the Hotel does not have a contact taxi service. I gave the receptionist my phone and she finally found a taxi service and I made it to the airport. My Chinese was not good enough to do all this myself. But overall, a good nights stay and a good hotel.
