"This seems to be a newly opened hotel.
Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day.
Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion.
Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available.
Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as:
• Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely
• Providing standard amenities in the rooms
• Making water or tea available in reception
• Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café
The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations."

"The room is large and comfortable, but the decoration is a bit old. It belongs to the luxury decoration ten years ago. The spacious room really makes us feel a little relaxed when we are tired of the journey. The breakfast is not bad. 👍"

"The hotel is clean, and the furnishings are of a good, but not excellent, standard. You have to request room cleanliness every time, and they are average. The mosque is right in front of it, but its amenities (laundries, grocery stores, and restaurants) are far away. The Corniche is nearby, and the neighborhood is relatively quiet. Breakfast is average (good quality traditional ingredients and dry cleaning). The staff is friendly, helpful, and flexible. The prices are very high compared to the service, close to the Holiday Inn prices, with a huge difference in service, standard, and location."

"There is something wrong with the bed. I slept for a few nights and my whole body was itchy. I don’t know what’s going on. I didn’t have this feeling during my trip to UAE. I feel like I need to disinfect it… It’s so scary, such a bad feeling. This trouble has been bothering me for my next trip to Morocco…"

"Stayed here for 5 nights.
There is a washing machine and kitchen in the room, which is a very useful facility for long-term stays.
You have to write on the blackboard next to the door whether you want to clean the room or not.
Even though I checked for cleanup, there was one day that it wasn't cleaned.
It's close to the airport and costs about 1000 yen by Uber.
I think it's a convenient hotel overall."

WWangdameiderichangThe hotel is in a great location, right on the Red Sea coast. You can stroll along the seaside promenade at night, where you can see a local husband and several wives and children having dinner by the sea, and many cats waiting to be fed.
We stayed in a sea view room, and when we opened the curtains in the morning, we could see the waves and seagulls.

Facilities: Not bad, and the room is big. The mattress is really soft and has good support. This Simmons mattress is the most comfortable I have ever slept on in my life. The last photo is the view from the window, and the Red Sea is not far away.

AAibeiSecond time staying here, the location is very good, mainly close to Chinese restaurants, a five-minute walk. Everything is good, but there is construction outside the window. A large car came at two in the morning, making a huge noise and affecting my sleep. I hope this won't happen again next time.

Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service.
They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.

GGuest UserHotel in a very good location, right in front of a shopping bazaar, everything nearby, next to McDonald's and KFC but also a d'ère restaurants..Aparthotel nothing special, just a little lacking in kitchen facilities, otherwise everything there..Service could be a bit better, I wanted to pay twice, only after I had called my broker and showed them my Paypal transfer did I get confirmation from the manager. So I had to wait with my family in the somewhat lavish foyer after an hours-long drive through the desert, there was no apology or anything like that..Never ever is my motto@@@@Miracle

GGuest UserThis is a pretty well located hotel. I got a good deal on trip.com so I overlooked the fact its kitchenette and bathroom had seen better days. Service was fine - there is no breakfast but the hotel is right next to a number of good eateries on Falesteen Street. The bed and bedding were especially good and the bedroom was large with plenty of storage space and a terrific big picture window. Recommend.
