"All is good overall. They may just need to review the feedback on Google and use it as an evaluation to improve quality. During my stay, no towels were provided initially, so I had to ask. Also, my key card was only set for one night even though I stayed for two. They should pay more attention to the bed sheets, as I found some hair and stains on them.
It’s actually a nice hotel, just needs some improvements. I don’t expect the same level of hospitality as in Asia, but if they could improve in that area, it would be even better.

Shower is well prepared.
Kind and helpful receptionists.
Small comment on the basement parking: it is very small and requires more attention if any guest hits other guest’s parked car. Yes already cctv on place but need some organization of the parking itself.
Other than that no negative points.
I stayed in twice few months apart and the hotel remained perfect.

"I'd like to thank the receptionist, Ms. Hind Al-Rashidi, for her excellent service, kindness, and professionalism. My stay at the InterContinental Jeddah (IHG) far exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely superb, right on the Red Sea coast, and within walking distance of the Corniche. My balcony offered a direct view of King Fahd's Fountain, which was a spectacular sight at night. The room itself was spacious and elegant, with comfortable bedding and excellent cleanliness. The service was professional and warm; both the front desk and concierge were very prompt in their responses. Breakfast was a lavish spread, featuring a great mix of Western, Chinese, and Arabic cuisines. The outdoor pool, gym, and spa facilities are all top-notch. It's truly perfect for both business and leisure travelers – definitely my top choice in Jeddah!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and were very satisfied with the overall experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and the room was spotless and well-maintained.
We initially booked a standard room for two ladies, but to our pleasant surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a junior suite at no extra cost. We didn’t catch the names of the staff who assisted us, but we would like to express our sincere gratitude for their thoughtful gesture and warm hospitality.
Since we are from Riyadh, our friends from Jeddah came to visit us at the hotel. What was supposed to be a simple overnight stay turned into a fun and memorable get-together, as the suite was very spacious and even had a comfortable living area — perfect for bonding and relaxation.
We highly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah. Everything was beyond our expectations — the service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. Inshallah, when we visit Jeddah again, we will definitely stay here once more. 🌟

Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day.
Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion.
Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available.
Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as:
• Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely
• Providing standard amenities in the rooms
• Making water or tea available in reception
• Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café
The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.
