"Here's my take on the stay: **Cleanliness:** Very clean. You can tell by the amount of cleaning equipment the staff uses. I actually saw an attendant cleaning another room, and they did a great job. The bedding and bathroom were both up to standard. **Environment:** It's near Du Fu Thatched Cottage, and the hotel is very quiet. Lying in bed with the window open, all you hear during the day is cicadas – the soundproofing is amazing! There are also two very cute, extroverted parrots in the lobby. **Facilities:** I booked a room with a private hot spring. The bathroom has a direct door to the private hot spring, a design very similar to the Fufu hotel I stayed at in Nara, which I really liked – a thoughtful touch. The hotel's pool, while not huge, was genuinely clean. **Service:** The hotel staff are very generous and accommodating, pretty much fulfilling every request. They all seem quite young, happy, and charming, not just going through the motions at work. I even saw the hotel manager checking food temperatures during breakfast, which was impressive! 👍"

"The two receptionists, Fu Mengling and the male receptionist, were very welcoming, and I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and I could relax and rest immediately. The hot water supply was consistent and plentiful, and the soundproofing was excellent, making it very quiet at night. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location is excellent, with convenient access to restaurants and transportation nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel. Highly recommended!"

"For those coming to enjoy the water, this hotel is indeed excellent. Facilities: Very complete, with laundry and drying areas, and free water guns and basins for splashing water. Cleanliness: Very clean; the towels smelled disinfected immediately, and the rooms and lobby were spotless. Environment: Located within Huanglongxi Ancient Town, it's very convenient to reach the main street, yet the surrounding area is relatively quiet and undisturbed. Service: Very attentive; they asked in advance if we needed pick-up and drop-off service, and parking was available."

"I was exhausted after coming back from the Western Sichuan Plateau, and this family room surprisingly met my need for a good rest (I had originally planned to book two rooms). We slept separately, one upstairs and one downstairs, without disturbing each other, and I got a really good night's sleep. The next morning, I wandered over to the Sichuan Museum to kill some time before catching my flight home in the afternoon. Great stay!"

"We stayed in Chengdu for a whole week, and choosing this hotel was definitely the best decision we made. It truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, the calming Zen music immediately soothed our travel anxiety, bringing a sense of peace. Walking into our room, my first impression was how elegant it was, complete with a small courtyard. This wasn't like staying in a hotel; it felt like living in my own home! It reminded me of my grandpa's old house, full of antique charm. The bedding and facilities were all spotless, and all the appliances were smart-controlled, which was incredibly convenient! The most special thing, though, was the hotel's personalized butler service. It was so thoughtful – they'd remind me to eat breakfast every day, bring fruit platters, and even late-night sweet soup. I felt completely pampered! I'm so lucky; my first time booking a hotel in Chengdu and I completely avoided any disappointments. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"The hotel lobby is quite small. When checking in, we were greeted with a champagne welcome ceremony, and the lobby manager was very enthusiastic. The 'Panda Family Room' we booked was essentially a regular king room with an extra bed. The bedding in the room had panda elements, and the children's toiletries also featured panda branding. If you're just looking for an extra bed for an older child, a king room with an added bed might be more suitable. Overall, the service wasn't particularly special. When I asked if they had any laundry soap or detergent to clean my accidentally dirtied shoes, the answer was no. The check-out process was noticeably less enthusiastic than check-in, though they did offer two bottles of water for the road. Regarding the Florence Village package and similar offerings, these were never proactively introduced from check-in to check-out. The breakfast selection was rich, but during peak hours, you had to go to the bar next door, which was across the hallway and inconvenient. On the first day, we received a very cute panda mousse, which was the only five-star highlight. On the second day, there was none, nor was there any fruit."

There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Noah's Ark Hotel (Chuangye Road), Chengdu City Tour Bus and West Area of Wuhou Shrine Museum all nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel makes an excellent choice, as our guests consider this to be one of the cleanest hotels in the city.
"The actual room felt smaller than what was depicted in the videos and photos, so credit to their photography skills. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, but I hope they'd clean the floor drain after each guest. After showering and washing my hair, the bathroom almost turned into a swimming pool! I had to clean it myself. Also, the mirror in my room was damaged, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the hygiene was great, and the service was quite good. The location is very close to the subway station, but the hotel itself is a bit out of the way with not many dining options nearby. However, ordering takeout was easy enough, and I could even get food from Joy City."
