EElaiza PradoIt’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious...
Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hospital. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

I was just embarrassed because I arrived at the hotel with a soda in my hands and they charged me 50 PHP “for entering the hotel with food. I had never seen that anywhere… being charged for that.
I checked out the next day at 8:00 am and when I was already in another city 3:00 am from the hotel, they called me and charged me 50 PHP again. I felt embarrassed and upset. I will not use this hotel again because of what happened.

Good
JJessa PHRoom is good, it has two beds so good for two people. Location is accessible to airport, SM Cauayan, terminals, restaurants, places to visits and a lot more. You can say, i's in the heart of the city. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and is relatively quiet. The breakfast has few varieties but tastes good. The service attitude of the front desk and restaurant staff is very professional and patient. I will come again.

TTimothy DuqueLocation-wise, it is ideally placed as it is in the less congested area of Santiago City.
But I might skip it next time due to the following reasons;
1. The bed seems to have bed bugs. We itched during our one-night stay.
2. The foot towel provided looks like it's been used and/or not replaced after the last occupant (see photo).
3. The housekeeping crews are a bit noisy while cleaning the next rooms and hallways in the morning. Not ideal when you didn't get a good sleep because you were scratching the whole night.
4. They unoccupied rooms are left open for some reason.
However, considering its price point, it's not that bad.

GGuest UserThe ceiling of the toilet is leaking, and the air conditioner in this room is broken. It only supplies air. WiFi is not available in every room. I received it in the lobby, but it disappeared when I returned to the room.

MMaribelthe parking area are spacious,the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with comfortable beds, the bathroom are not maintained and no stocked with toiletries.
