Kitchen is a stacked as it can be. In the back is laundry room with washer/dryer & detergent free. Back door has small concrete patio with outdoor table and gas grill. To the left of living room is bedroom with queen bed and 55 inch 4k Roku TV. Closet has board games as needed and blankets for daybeds/trundle in living room. About this space"Vineyard Villa" is an unique rental for 2 main reasons...Location & Amenities. Centrally located right off I-77 & I-40, near all the shopping & next door to Hazy Red Vineyard. Enough parking for 6 vehicles.The spaceOUTSIDE HOME:* You will find the home located right next to Hazy Red Vineyards. There is a concrete and gravel driveway for you to be able to fit up to 6 vehicles and even a large camper if needed. You will see a beautiful 2 story home with cedar shutters, red door and porch with 2 red rocking chairs.* Backyard has a back deck with a few chairs and BBQ grill with propane and grilling supplies provided. Behind back deck is a fire pit with comfortable seating. Wood is not provided but can be purchased nearby at local gas stations.INSIDE HOME:Main Floor:As you walk into the front door you will have the ability to go left into the living room, right into the dining room/kitchen or straight into a half-bath & laundry room with full size washer/dryer.The Living Room has a large 3 seat leather couch that pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa (extra sheets, pillows located in laundry room). There are also 3 leather power recliners made for theator rooms.
