"Very good, the only downside is that there is no front desk, you need to call to check in. Will give a code as the key. Those who do not speak English should use it with caution!"
"In fact, the room is not bad as a whole, but it is a homestay, the whole process is self-service, you can't check in early or check out late, you can check in at 3:30 in the afternoon, check out at 10:30 in the morning is really unreasonable, there are big spiders in the room, check out at 10:30 in the morning, the white sister who cleaned at 9:30 knocked on the door. Then 10:30 is very polite and very mean to say that you must leave immediately, do not understand, we are guests, how can this attitude be? ? ? We can also add money to delay a little more? I don't understand at all"
"We had a great stay. Our room was on the ground d floor and had a great space. Decor was a bit dated but very comfortable, and the bathroom has definitely been upgraded and a great size.
Breakfast is buffet style and was nice and fresh - prompt service - good quality produce also - so good I cleared my plate!
Car park was completely full so had to wait a while until a space became available"
"This hotel seems to get some bad reviews but I think many are unfair. From what we experienced it was a good hotel, great location and the person who checked us in was very good. Especially as the she had to handle an awkward customer ahead of us. Bed was very big and had a good mattress. Usual stuff you want in a hotel room and nice complimentary toiletries.
Location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Inverness centre, less than a 10 min walk to the most famous bank machine in Inverness (IYKYK). There is limited parking but a reasonably priced multi story car park is only a few mins walk away.
Staircase in reception area leading to the first floor is also very impressive."
"This hotel is very good in other aspects. It is considered very good in the small town of Inverness. The only thing is that the charges are a bit chaotic. They overcharged us twice. The first time: we were charged 23 pounds more for dining in the hotel restaurant (see the picture bill). The waiter refused to admit it at first, but later he took it back with the help of a friend. The second time: when we checked out, they said it was no problem, but the next day, 5 pounds were deducted without a card. We communicated through Ctrip, and they replied that we had access to the hotel's high-speed network. Ctrip asked if we brought a laptop? We are all retired and don't carry heavy computers. The hotel's Wify is free. Later, Ctrip gave us 50 RMB in compensation. Ctrip is still very responsible. In short, friends who go to this hotel need to pay more attention when spending."

"It takes about 10 minutes to walk from York Railway Station, very close to the York City Wall, very convenient. Hotel facilities are very new, the bathroom in the room is spacious, the breakfast is also rich, and many Chinese tourists live here."
"Wonderful place, just wish that we could have stayed longer! We felt very welcomed and safe as an LGBTQ+ couple, the vegan breakfast was no problem at all and the dram in the room was perfect. The absolute highlight though was Patch the Cat, best host I've ever met, if your B&B doesn't have an animal you're doing it wrong x"

Great
러러브송It is far from the city center, but I think it is the best hotel for renting a car and traveling. I will use the hotel next time I visit Highland. It is also good value for money.
AAlyseFirst let me say that the owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. It pains me that to even write this but I thought fellow travelers should hear my experience. First, there are two aye stays in Inverness. My gps took me to the wrong one first. That was awkward. After I finally figured it out, the place was very cutely decorated with Scottish and Loch Ness decor. Contactless check in was easy however a board with everyone’s name and room numbers does not feel super safe for me a solo female traveler. But over all easy enough. Next I stayed in room 7 which is up a flight of stairs so make sure you pack light! (Which you should do anyway in Scotland.) My room had just been renovated with new carpet but it smelled like off gassing and I had to open the window (which was broken) there was a radiator for heat which I had no idea how to use. So it got a little chilly. Now here comes the problems: the rooms are very close together and the walls are paper thin. I was kept up until 3 in the morning hearing conversations and snoring. We were only given the choice of receiving breakfast between 7:30-8:30 in the dining room. So I woke up earlier than I would have liked to eat breakfast. Which was just okay. Nothing too outstanding to write about but again the hostess was very sweet. Overall I could see that they’re trying their best. But I would recommend sound machines in each of the rooms or something so people can have a good nights sleep. The location was pretty good and just over the bridge from the high street.
GGuest UserEvening event dinner was at best poor. Starter which should have been hot was cold, main course just warm, the desert had run out by the time our table was served.
The hotel toilets were in need of an attendant checking regularly .
We ended up laughing about it with references to faulty towers.
However our room was beautiful, clean, well presented, the bed was very comfortable. We had a great night sleep.
At breckfast the arm of my chair was loose and lifted up when I would go to move my chair in/out from the table. When I was looking around the continental breckfast counter I could hear a male member of the kitchen staff shouting and swearing using the F word, not at all what I expected from any Hotel.
Lasting impression I would not rush back.
LLishBWe arrived later afternoon Andy received us with biscuits what a warm welcome. It has a homely feel with old school locking key, had a fish supper which compliments to the chef Peter was fabulous, great dinner atmosphere with other guests at restaurant and bar/lounge.
Spacious clean room, quality linen and warm enough one minus next door guy snored through our walls (not hotel's fault).
The hot breakfast was served to order which is fab as it gets to you hot and fresh also avoiding waste and dry dull food. So keep it up guys. And keep getting everyone up early enough.
FFANGHotel location is very good, directly opposite is the main attractions castle, Loch Ness flows through the hotel entrance, walk around, pleasant scenery, breakfast, rooms are large, health is good, clean, there is a Michelin restaurant next to the hotel , But book in advance
Bbwr19A very well situated hotel right in the centre of Inverness and just a few minutes walk from the central train station. Surrounding the hotel are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops which is great and you’re also very close to the bus station for taking trips out of town. The room was basic and a little bit tired (some dents and scratches, frayed carpet) but otherwise was clean and tastefully decorated with basic amenities like a kettle, hair dryer, tea bags, a large TV, so on. We were facing the main road so on Saturday evening it was quite loud but the reception desk provided us with ear plugs upon request which were more than adequate. We would come back to this hotel again next time we’re in Inverness.
GGuest UserLots to love but room for a few improvements.
The biggest is the doors on the rooms. They are heavy wooden doors and slam really loud. As you can imagine that’s quite annoying when people go in and out waking people up
Bathroom door rotten at bottom from damp, needs replaced, looks awful.
Cleaning under sinks and taps in bathrooms, the things you see when you sit in the bath!!
Painting of the room could be a bit tidier, white paint all over grey radiator pipes.
Cleaners could be a bit more gentler when hoovering, they batter the radiator pipes in the rooms and it vibrates to the room your in , next door!
Out of stock of some flavours for cocktails, young staff seen with mobile phones very casually. Move out of sight, the customer / service are important
Food is expensive for the quality you get too
GGuest UserVery good, worth staying, I will stay again next time

朱朱Hostel hotel. Very quiet nearby. Walk 15 minutes to the downtown area. There is a parking lot. Breakfast is to be done by yourself and the hotel supplies all materials and equipment. Overall feels good
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, 10 minutes from the bus station, continental breakfast, pastries, jams, cereals, no hot or cold cuts, keep this in mind if you need it, the bed linen is of normal quality, but I would like the room to be cleaned better
