"Very impressive! The dining is excellent, the staff are exceptional, and the rooms are spotless. I stayed in the executive suite for about two weeks. It is a nice place to go for breakfast and dinner. The best Western breakfast in Huai'an is definitely there in the Pullman.
The restaurant that serves local cuisine, Huaiyin Cai, is superb.
Having stayed in this hotel many times, I have to say that it is just a wonderful experience. The lobby bar has a very nice selection of drinks. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen in China are in the Pullman in Huai'an. The classiest place in Huai'an is their executive lounge.
It is attached to a large shopping mall, and there is a 7-11 very close by. Many of the staff speak English well. That is a nice hotel!"

"The hotel is located in the city center, which is quite eye-catching. There are commercial buildings all around, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. The parking lot is not very eye-catching, and the entrance and exit share the same one. The hotel was fully booked for both days of our stay, which resulted in it taking quite a while to find a parking space when we returned at night. Fortunately, the hotel staff were warm and thoughtful."

GGuest UserStaffs are kind and helpful. Especially the staff Bruce in front desk. He proactively introduce their services such as breakfast location and opening time. When I felt hungry, he expressed his apologies due to limited service at midnight as I checked-in around 23:00. He tried his best to offer the instant noodle for dinner to me as an alternative solution.
The next day morning while I were waiting for driver to pick up. He expressed his sincere attitude then offer me a goodbye drink as courtesy.
His goodwill let me feel warm during my staying. This exceptional experience to give me a memorable moment and leave a good impression to the hotel.

The double bed room gave the child a happy holiday, and the relatives hosted a New Year's banquet at the hotel, the food and service They are all very satisfied.
