I'll definitely stay here again next time. Ms. Tian at the front desk was very patient and deserves high praise. For anyone staying here, be sure to take an early morning stroll by the lake – it's incredibly refreshing!

This is a newly opened store. I came to Huai'an to play with the object. I don't know which one to live in. I chose this one. It looks more interesting. We ordered sausage, duck palm sausage takeaway, but I didn’t expect it to be raw. Please ask the merchant to help process it. The plastic bag was replaced with a plate. The next night I ate in their restaurant area. The price was very cheap and the taste was very good. And the water bar in the room can also scan the code to order food. Hahaha, the food can be delivered directly to the room. It is very comfortable. If there is a chance to go next time, I will still live here. The impression left for us is really good, everyone in the store is very warm, very good, I recommend this hostel and the old Ximen food stall downstairs. Staffs are kind and helpful. Especially the staff Bruce in front desk. He proactively introduce their services such as breakfast location and opening time. When I felt hungry, he expressed his apologies due to limited service at midnight as I checked-in around 23:00. He tried his best to offer the instant noodle for dinner to me as an alternative solution. The next day morning while I were waiting for driver to pick up. He expressed his sincere attitude then offer me a goodbye drink as courtesy. His goodwill let me feel warm during my staying. This exceptional experience to give me a memorable moment and leave a good impression to the hotel.

As a participant of the Huai'an Marathon, staying at the Lan Ou Hotel was a real surprise! I originally booked a hotel close to the starting point just for convenience, but I didn't expect the gain would far exceed my expectations. When the front desk learned that we were marathon runners, they took the initiative to upgrade our room type that did not include breakfast and gave us two free breakfasts. What was even more touching was that they adjusted the breakfast time on the 13th especially for the event - a hearty energy breakfast was prepared at 5:30 in the morning, with hot porridge, eggs, and steamed buns, allowing us to eat warm food in the cold morning. This meticulous care for the event was so touching! From the handwritten cheering in the lobby to the finisher's blessings at check-out, every detail shows the understanding of runners and truly puts the ”feeling at home” feeling into practice. I highly recommend this to future runners. This is definitely a treasure hotel that understands athletes best during the Huai Marathon!

There is no need to wait for laundry and drying. Inform the receptionist that you will send your dry clothes. The various dining convenience stores on the side are complete.
