Hot Springs Hotels in Taipei

"Quite an enjoyable stay other than a few hiccups. The hotel is not visible from Xin Beitou Station. First look out for Kentucky and follow it's direction, then check for Starbucks (Guangming branch), then 300m ahead, you will see this hotel. There are many routes near Station so was quite confusing. The hotel room is clean, bed is comfy with very good back support for me, provided 4 pillows which is wonderful. The room I was assigned to was a little noisy as it faces the main road. The sound proof was not too good for that room and periodically could hear water flushing sound. We managed to change to another room upon request. Hotel front desk customer service representatives were very friendly and helpful throughout. The hotel provides bottled drinking water and snacks (surprisingly it is tasty). Our in-room private onsen was satisfying. It's good for one person (big sized 🤣), water supply was strong and hot enough. Could adjust the hotness. Very comfortable. I like the fragrance of their shampoo and bodywash. It has warm toilet seat, very comfortable in the morning and during winter. Minus point is : washroom does not have enough railings to hang clothings so got to put on the washing basin side table which I don't like (just my personal preference). The bedside does not have any power socket so it is very inconvenient for phone charging at night. We forgot to bring our international adapter this round and we could borrow from the reception. WIFI in room is great! Location of hotel is moderate walk to Beitou Hotspring Museum, Green Museum and Thermal Valley. Surroundings has numerous eateries and cafe. Breakfast spread is acceptable. Quite a lot of variety to choose from. It is an old building with some parts probably unable to refurbish well. The in-door public onsen (lady) has a few pools, hot and cold, steam/sauna room. One of the pools has jacuzzi so I enjoyed the most in this pool. I visited in the late evening, so it was quiet with less than 10 pax in the facility."

"Excellent location with only 5 minutes walk to MRT Xinbeitou station. Besides, plenty of interests places such as Hot Spring Museum, Beitou Library, Thermal Valley, Beitou Park and so forth are nearby. The room itself is very good indeed, a very comfortable bed, clean and tidy, delicious breakfast, warm and helpful staff. All make you feel good and very relaxing. Regarding to the hot spring, no matter for private and public bath are very clean and fantastic. We spent 2 nights there and really enjoy this stay. We highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is situated at a considerable distance from the MRT station; however, the shuttle bus service provided by the hotel adds a level of convenience for guests. Additionally, its location is within walking distance of the Thermal Valley, making it easily accessible. One limitation is that the room lacks a window, which may result in a stuffy atmosphere, especially after enjoying a hot spring bath."

"Their service is incredibly awesome. I wish i can stay there for a few more nights. When the time you walk in, they will service you until you leave the hotel. They helped us to book a car and helped us check if there is locker at the stations, so we don’t need to walk a long way back and collect our luggage again as it is raining."

"Travelling with 3 young kids. There is not much activity for kids, but the location is perfect, very near to hotspring. we booked the room with a hot spring bath in the room so the kids basically enjoy swimming in hot spring water inside the toilet. One bad thing is there is no elevator. You need to climb stairs to your room, but the front desk will help to deliver your luggage to your room. The coffee next to the counter is perfect, and the best part I like was the shuttle bus service to the nearest township."

"The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. My wife and i had a great sleep. Loved the private bath within the room. The location was so convenient with so mamy food options within walking distance plus the whole Beitou key sights were all walkable. Really good location."

"We arrived around 15:30 the room was ready. The front desk staff was friendly and provided useful information about the restaurants, facilities and the complimentary shuttle bus service to the nearest MRT stations. The room was very clean and spacious with a separate toilet and shower/bath with in-room private hot spring water access. The room was very quiet at night. We enjoyed the ‘public’ hot spring facilities too. There are a few pools with different temperatures you can choose from, plus sauna and steam. There were only a few people when we were there so it’s extra enjoyable for us. There is also an indoor swimming pool. We had an amazing and relaxing time in this hotel. The free shuttle bus service was a plus as it’s hard to get a taxi to go out in the evening. Would recommend to our families and friends."

"Good hotel stay. Staying at the hotel makes it quite convenient to enjoy the hot springs. Each room has its own private bath tub with hot spring water. I liked the breakfast buffet options. They have light meal options for vegetarians such as congee and salad. All the food items are clearly labeled so it's easy for me to know what I can eat as a vegetarian. I think the staff might be overworked due to the large volume of day hot spring visitors. Maybe management should have more manpower planned so the current staff are not exhausted. The shuttle bus makes it easy to get around as the hotel is quite a way from the train station."

"The room was cozy and clean, with a modern Japanese-inspired design. The highlight was definitely the in-room hot spring bath — perfect for winding down after a day of sightseeing. The onsen water was clear and smelled natural, and the bath area was spacious for two. Service was friendly and efficient, with staff speaking decent English and always ready to help. Breakfast was included, and though the spread wasn’t huge, it was thoughtfully curated with a mix of Western and ********* options."

"Location: Minutes walk from the New Beitou MRT station, many food options nearby. Cleaniness: Facilities are a bit old but very clean. Service: Hotel staff are all very friendly. Facilities: Only minor complain is there is only 1 lift in the hotel so requires a bit of patience. Breakfast is delicious."
