"The hotel is strategically located in Ximending, just a 5–10 minute walk from Ximen Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The room was spacious and clean. However, guests should note that the shower and toilet door are slightly see-through, making silhouettes visible from outside, which may be a privacy concern for some. The room's soundproofing was also quite poor. We could clearly hear guests in the neighboring room talking loudly in the middle of the night, which affected our sleep quality. In addition, the air conditioning did not seem to cool the room effectively. The temperature could not be adjusted to a lower setting, and the room felt noticeably warmer than the corridor outside."

The view was fantastic, with a clear sight of Taipei 101 in the distance. The room had a convenient table, perfect for a quick bite or a drink. Since it was an anniversary celebration, the hotel kindly provided a bottle of champagne, which really set a lovely atmosphere. The staff were all polite and had excellent service. And the breakfast was really good too! ♡

I like to come there when im in Taipei. Its a good hotel and generous sized rooms. Also I need say thank you for the great check in. I arrived a bit early and could check in earlier to make fresh (unfortunately I forgot the ladies name). The Japanese room service breakfast was also decent and fast delivered. I know all need sustainable at this time, but it would be more convenient if there are shaving kit and a toothbrush in the room or the front desk would ask upon check in, if need.

I personally found this place to be fantastic! The service attitude was top-notch, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. The rooftop pool was also a major plus – perfect for some great photos.

The hotel's interior decor is stunning, with a strong Japanese feel. The rooms are clean and spacious, featuring a private onsen and yukata. Plus, there are complimentary drinks and snacks. The front desk service was exceptionally good. They noticed my child was quite tall and worried the bed in our booked room might not be comfortable, so they upgraded our room and even provided a complimentary children's breakfast. I was really touched, and it left a fantastic impression of the hotel. Although the hotel stay was a bit over our budget, the service we received was worth several times the room rate, making it incredibly good value for money. My child has already decided they want to stay here again on our next trip!

This hotel is super convenient, really close to my office in Neihu. There's a shopping mall right next door, and plenty of great cafes and convenience stores nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and the WiFi coverage was excellent. The hotel's restaurant and lobby bar were always buzzing. They even have umbrellas available at the entrance on rainy days, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, a good experience and definitely recommended!

A nice hotel with decent size rooms and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Quiet at night and easy to get an uber from. It sadly doesn’t have a pool which would have been nice. Breakfast was decent enough and the staff were nice. Near to an MRT station but we mainly used Ubers as it was cheap and easy to di so. Some restaurants bear the hotel for easy dining including a great Turkish one over the Main Street.

The hotel breakfast was excellent, complete with champagne. In the evenings, we could enjoy free red wine, and the mini-bar and beverages were also complimentary. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

I had an exceptional stay at Éclat Hotel Taipei. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed with high-end touches like a Dyson hair dryer and a Nespresso machine. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, making the check-in process seamless. I also loved the location it’s in the heart of Da’an District, very close to the MRT and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and convenience stores. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Taipei!
