The room was clean and okay, no doubt about that. What I don’t like is they charged me extra $100 because the room I booked has no bathroom, but it wasn’t indicated when I was booking it. It’s crazy coz they had to asked what’s my work in HK. It’s like they adjusted my type of work on how much they would charge me. Very disappointing. I will never book on this hotel again. They should’ve included every details when booking, not when you are already there and no choice but to say OKAY.

Good location for transport links and Victoria harbour. Entrance to guest house is via inside a ground floor market. The reception & guest house is on the 12th floor accessed by 2 lifts (block E) from within the market. We arrived late after 11pm and after contacting the owner using the telephone in reception we had access to our rooms and were checked in smoothly. The rooms were clean, bright & freshly painted. Pillows, bedding & towels were spotlessly clean. The rooms were cleaned and beds made up every day. The rooms were small but more than adequate for our 4 night long weekend stay. The staff were very polite & helpfull. The owner Lisa kindly arranged for a private hire car to collect us for our return airport departure. I will definitely recommend & use this guest house again.

The location is very convenient, inside Chongqing Building. Although there are many Southeast Asians in Chongqing Building, it is relatively safe if you travel with a male companion.
The suite room is very small, but considering the price, it also has a small washroom and toilet space, which is pretty good.
There are also water dispensers provided. Bottled water is very expensive in Hong Kong, and there are not many water dispensers available, so providing drinking water is a plus!
Also, checking in was a little inconvenient. I needed to add the waiter's WhatsApp to communicate, but the communication was quite friendly and smooth.

We stayed in the room from 01-02.02. The location is great, the metro is nearby, there is a direct bus from the airport! I took off a star for the quest to find the hostel itself, because the building has several blocks and each block has many hostels/hotels. On the first floor, representatives of different nationalities offer their services (not for the faint of heart). We were checked in quickly. BUT!!! The photos DO NOT CORRESPOND to reality!!! I booked a larger room, and they answered my complaints with "This is Hong Kong!" and did not even deny that the photos were different! The room is catastrophically small, to get something out of your suitcase you need to take it out into the hallway. The bed linen and towels are clean, there are no animals. You can leave your luggage after check-out.
