I recently stayed at The Figo in Hong Kong and had a great experience. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to restaurants, shops, and an MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was welcoming, and the modern, clean room was well-equipped.
The bed was comfortable, though a bit small for me as I’m tall. It was perfectly fine for a short stay, but might feel snug for taller guests on longer visits. The bathroom was spotless, with fresh towels and a nice selection of toiletries.
Overall, The Figo is a great choice for anyone visiting Hong Kong, with its stylish rooms and prime location. I'd definitely stay here again!

location is at Hong Kong island. quiet so can get good sleep. walking distance to MTR though it is 10-15 mins walk. facilities is homely and comfortable. nice patio and common area and gym.

前台幫忙升級了套房，房間比較大，有活動區還有免費的飲料，晚上有啤酒可以隨便飲用，這在香港是比較難得的，這點非常值得讚揚。房間照片忘了拍了。

Hotel informed us 2 days before our stay with emergency (Life is out of service). Offer us to The Arca hotel or full refund. We chose to The Arca and with a very good stay there.
