Small for two people with several bags but honestly it's very good for the price. You can hear the neighbors if they make noise.

All I can say is that in Hong Kong, where every inch of land is valuable, it's a great place to stay. Cons: The room is small, the toilet has a slight odor, and the water also has a slightly unpleasant smell. Pros: I thought there wouldn't be disposable amenities, but they were, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, bath towel, and slippers. The cleaning lady was also very friendly and welcoming. No adapters were needed for charging, and they even provided a data cable. Note: The place is a bit hard to find. One of the elevators was under maintenance, and I spent an hour looking for it. You can exit Tsim Sha Tsui A, turn right, cross the street, and go straight, or exit Tsim Sha Tsui C2 and go straight. The entrance is next to the Rolex watch shop. Take the elevator to Huayuan Building, Block B, on the 13th floor. There's no reception desk. Scan the QR code at the B2 entrance to add the owner on WeChat.

Very good location, central to everything you need, and the metro is also right next door. Be aware that the room is very, very small and the bed is quite hard. The air conditioning is very noisy, so I had to sleep with earplugs, but you get what you pay for; it's one of the cheapest we found.
