This is the first time that I have been downgraded in a hotel. I had to argue to get the room I booked. They have room types that is not shown on trip and they use it for trip. They don't care about client satisfaction. The room are really dirty. It's not a proper hotel. More a dormitory. Avoid this hotel.

Good room size. Clean bathroom. Comfortable shower. All the basic you would need. Modern design too. Somehow the room is very humid even when indoor temperature indicates 22 degrees. Slight security issue - the convenient store - I went there two nights to grab some drinks (after 10pm). It is supposed to be for hotel guests only - Entry from the hotel, and not from the street. For both nights, there were people speaking mandarin, trying to get in the store from the street (for which the door was locked). These people then got in the store as other goes out. Then they ask me to pay for them. I refused. And then when these people left the store, they head towards the street. Not sure if those were hotel guest.

Very nice hotel on a remote part of a city.
Vanity kit, good WiFi, water station next to reception.
Asked to clean my room after 4 days.
Compared to other hotels in HK it had a spacier place without lots of people around - residential buildings, garage, firefighter station in the area.
MRT station in 10-15 minutes, few bus stops to different directions, ~30 minutes to touristic areas.
No free umbrellas during rainy weather for guests.

Very very bad experience
The hotel room is very humid; wall is wet my pillow is wet
Even they got changed the pillow bag, the humidity made the new one wet again
Talked with the staff for a dehumidifier and failed
The shelf is too wet which it was no longer in its orginal shape

Great spacious rooms for a single traveller. Hotel is a little away from an MTR but a nice quiet place to relax.
