Nice hotel to stay for my early flight next morning. Complimentary shuttle to airport 👍 Room is modern and spacious

The room was a little bit small. Located near the airport but quite a distance from town. A few malls near the area like City Gate. There’s also a 7 eleven and restaurants opposite the hotel. If you prefer being near the airport, this can serve you but not holiday hotel. The Four Points is next to Sheraton hotel.

High level of comfort and utility, very spacious room, sometimes with a nice view. The hotel shares the building with its 5-star brother, so the infrustructure of the both hotels is at your disposal, and the diversity and qualty range of the dining options is really impressive. Frequent comfortable transfers to airport and near-by sightseing and shopping attractions can bring more flexibility to your stay

Good strategic place if your itinerary is around Disney land and Lantau island sigh seeing. Hotel offers shuttle to n fro airport and TungChung MTR/ Citygate outlet, shop till you drop, but with a definite mode of transport back to the hotel 😉 Room is an absolute stunner. 💯

We stayed for one night . Tooth brush and paste was provided . We had a room with the best view. Hotel shuttle to chung tung station for Kowloon than a short walk to west kowloon sation for the high speed . 100% recommend this hotel 👌

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was varied and nutritious, and they offer a free airport shuttle service. The hotel boasts beautiful surroundings and our room had an unbeatable ocean view. After an initial three-day stay, I was so impressed that I decided to book this Sheraton again for my final night. I contacted Ctrip to inquire about extending my stay in the same sea view room, and both Ctrip and the hotel coordinated quickly to arrange it. When I went to process the extension, the front desk staff seemed a little unsure of the procedure. However, the manager personally stepped in, efficiently processing my extension while patiently explaining the process to the staff for future reference, all while courteously addressing my concerns. This truly thoughtful service ensured my extension was handled swiftly and efficiently. I would definitely choose to stay here again! P.S. There's a French restaurant just around the corner downstairs that I highly recommend!

Getting to the airport the next day was very convenient, with an hourly shuttle service. The room had a good layout and offered a sea view. The tea restaurant just opposite was excellent, especially their morning breakfast, which was great value for money. It would have been perfect if the swimming pool next door could be shared, considering both hotels are under the Starwood umbrella and likely have the same owner.

The room was clean and bright, with a fresh and simple decor. The pleasant view of the buildings opposite, combined with the convenient station and restaurants downstairs, gave it a genuinely homely feel. It's incredibly convenient for a trip to Hong Kong Disneyland with kids; the taxi ride is affordable and, more importantly, quick. Compared to the three outdated and significantly overpriced hotels at Disneyland itself, this place offers a fantastic alternative.

The complimentary shuttle bus to Citygate Outlets runs every half hour, which is incredibly convenient. While the room isn't huge, it's perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean. We even enjoyed a partial sea view! Besides the hotel's own restaurants, there are also local eateries and 'cha chaan teng' nearby, offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong; it was a really good experience overall.

A wonderful stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. I was very grateful for the upgrade to a Seaview room. The service here is top-notch. The concierge team was extremely helpful with my luggage and even proactively offered an umbrella on a rainy day. The complimentary shuttle to the train station and airport was incredibly convenient and reliable. The staff's attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort is evident. I would definitely stay here again.
