This is my second time to check in this hotel. Both stays were great. I like the layout of SSAW room. Immaculate hotel! Hospitable staff! Commendation to Echo and LinLin of reception for their excellent customer service. Food is delicious! Will come back again!

Despite the location not being in the most bustling area, the hotel itself was better than expected. Friendly staff, very comfortable room, and the breakfast was quite nice being a foreigner having Chinese breakfast. I was impressed that the hotel room had bath salts for the bathtub as well as a day time and night time body wash. It was nice seeing an ironing board but I was surprised there was no safe. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

“The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and had a generally comfortable stay. However, despite using the AC, the room remained hot and stuffy at times, which made sleeping difficult. That said, the overall experience was pleasant and the hotel itself was very comfortable. Thank you.”

The room is really comfortable with good and clean facilities. I really like the bathtub. All the soap,shampoo,and bathsalt smell really good! 👌🏼 The staff gave us a really good service. I really recommend the stay here without hesitation!👍🏼

The staff that check us in which is Sana, 霜降, and Echo are really kind and very helpful. About the room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is great also. The location of the hotel is near a bus stop where yiu could take to go to the station which is I recomend rather than walking straight to the station (which is very far, proximately 1 km, half an hour).

The staff at the reception counter - Echo, had been the most helpful during my stay. It had been a pleasant stay and location is good. 5 mins walking distance to a huge mall - BaiLian shopping Mallm

room table was a bit dusty, house keeper cleaned immediately. Hotel gave us complimentary food voucher as a service recovery. Overall staff is helpful and friendly, one of them helped us to book a taxi to another hotel. Would appreciate if they can extend their breakfast time to 10am instead of 9.30am. fried noodles ahit salty this morning

The hotel staff couldn't speak English at all, even when I ordered a taxi, they went to the wrong destination, it should have been Hongqiao Railway Station, but instead they went to Pudong Airport. They didn't want to admit they were wrong even though there was clear evidence from the translator.

Therefore, we used the hotel's intelligent translation machine to confirm with you that they are going to Pudong, and you also said OK! The translation machine here has a recording function, but we still want to apologize to you. We should have confirmed the taxi destination with you multiple times and hope that you can visit our hotel again next time

This is a super friendly hotel. The reception is very good, professionals work 👍🏻 They try to help you with any question. They are friendly to children, friendly to foreigners. A good breakfast. When we return to Shanghai, we will return to this hotel.

It was such an amazing experience at the hotel, first of all the hotel is located nearby in driving distance from the main events of Shanghai, free parking if you're driving, the hotel staff are just remarkable, can communicate very well in English, stayed during the May holidays, breakfast is amazing 👏, and I was give a room on the 19th floor with a beautiful view.. overall recommendable..

Good location, the metro station was around 12 min walk. The room is really cleaned, the staff is really amazing and helpful.

Clean hotel with a very friendly staffs which are providing you a kindness comfort. Hotel is located not far away the buss hub station, however knowing there is no hassle to get a public transportation in a mega city like Shanghai. I will not hesitate to revisit and stay in wherever o get another trip to Shanghai
