Love the view from my room. The receptionist was friendly. Everything is just great until the day I check out, no problem at all.

The food in the hotel's Chinese restaurant on the 1st floor was a bit salty. The hotel's breakfast not much variety. The room was quite big and the toilet lighting was a bit dark. 😎

My usual choice of hotel in Sibu, comfortable, spacious, quiet, includes complimentary indoor parking.

Modern and comfort hotel located at the city center of Sibu

Hotel was located in the town area of Sibu, so it was close to a lot of amenities.

We stayed in Tower B for two nights to attend wedding function. Room comes with a good view of Rajang River. Our room was with key card and nice view ,whereas we saw a friend's room in Tower A which is using a key, no view and older toilet ( water easily collected around bathtub and spilled on toilet follow while showering causing toilet to be wet), and thinner bath towel provided. Although our room only comes with 2 pillows and no ironing board , but it was provided free upon request by room service. Hotel has a hair salon conveniently located inside, and surrounded by food eateries.

Room clean and everything is good, reception staff very friendly.

Hotel in near the Larang River and in the downtown. Walking distance to many places of interest. Have a wonderful stay in Kingwood Hotel.

Clean and cozy hotel for stay in Sibu. Although it’s a little old but it’s well maintained. It’s also walking distance to many attractions and food around the area.

Everything was okay. Convenient as it is in town. Breakfast is ok

The hotel was excellent, offering a wide variety of food choices. Additionally, you have the option to book a room with a view of the Rajang River. It's also within walking distance of Sibu's main attractions, such as Dataran Tun Tuanku Bujang.

Very convenient location the room is big enough the staffs is helpful

I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The bathroom door knob was broken, and the shower head didn't work properly, causing water to spill out of the bathtub. The kettle provided was rusted, which is completely unacceptable. We booked a room for four people, but only received two sets of toiletries and two towels, which is inadequate. Additionally, the reception staff appeared untrained and unprepared for a five-star establishment. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located centre of the Sibu city. Although the hotel and its facilities look old, however they maintain the cleanliness and the room is spacious. You see good view of the river in front of the hotel. The restaurant food is nice and good, very authentic. Basically this hotel can be further improved.
