My go-to option in Shanghai! 3rd stay already, and I have to say it never disappoints! Location is super convenient, right above Metro line 9 Shangcheng Road Station (Exit 2); the area is cool and vibrant, pretty central, too. I can do laundry or chill at the lobby - home away from home!!

Very convenient and close to metro line 9. The hotel has good service, offers a lot of personal items (wipes, drinks, creams...) and the staff are courteous and very friendly

It's very convenient to reach the hotel. The location was located near exit no 2 of metro line 9. It is easy to go anywhere by metro or to the airport. The staff are amazing and helpful even though they can't speak English, but they have the translator machine to talk with you. Many shopping malls, restaurants near the hotel.

Superb hotel. My only choice of Hotel in China. Always at the best location, super comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Helpful patient staff despite a late almost midnight check-in by a little-Chinesw speaking tourist. Tech savvy to use translator to ensure a smooth process. Breakfast was good albeit noisy at busy hour which was forewarned. Quiet room for a much needed rest! Thanks for being efficient and warm!

for people with large luggages you have to climb a few stairs. really close to MRT and shopping mall which is super great

Duoerjia is located in the Lujiazui Financial and Commercial District, inside the Neiwai Lian Building. Although the exterior of the building is a little old, our hotel absolutely does not compromise the quality of Atour. The Bamboo House on the second floor is connected to the lobby. It is quiet and comfortable. It is a leisurely place in the downtown area. Bamboo House books are available for free borrowing 24 hours a day, and can also be returned to Atour in other places. It is your mobile library on the road. The Xiangzhao breakfast restaurant provides more than 70 varieties of Chinese and Western food every day. You can choose your favorite taste at will. Duoer regards every Duoyou as a neighbor and friend. When you come to visit, Duoer will warmly welcome you. Duoer is also reflecting on her own shortcomings for your opinions. Duoer will do her best to do her best. I am still looking forward to meeting you again. Duoer is making progress. I hope you can see it. I wish you well!

The service staff were polite and efficient, a very pleasant stay. Due to sharing of office elevator, it took a bit too long to get in.

All good! Amenities are readily available and staff are friendly. Note that the hotel is not its own building, but instead occupies a few floors in an office building. Building security can be quite unhelpful.

Travelled with two elderly parents and we booked a family room. The staff at the front desk were helpful and very friendly. They assisted to our enquiry and needs. Breakfast was quite ok, the hot station was nice and warm to the tummy. They also provided porridge, dumplings and buns from 930pm-11pm as supper. However, housekeeping wasn’t done very well. Some days we found wet towels in the bathroom. Dust on the bedsheet. There was one day, the housekeeper threw one of the sheets on the chair. She either forgot or didn’t make up the room properly. They left out some amenities as well, so we had to ask the front desk over and over again. May not choose the stay at the same place again. Cleanliness is not the best.

The hotel is very nice and well equipped. The location is extraordinary for visiting, just next to metro line 9 and close to most attractions. Hotel staff was very helpful, changed our room as we needed and provided us also late checkout. All in all a very good option.

Hotel reception is on the 2nd floor, location is great right next to metro line 9. Easy to get around, lots of shops in the area, lots of local foods. All in all worth staying. Reception have been a great help, always eager to help. All the Atour hotels offer a free supoer from 9:30pm till 11pm. (Porridge/congee and condiments)

Perfect. Breakfast is tasty and fresh, several Options you can choose from, so opt for it. Close to 2 important metro lines. Malls around and plenty shops nearby, coffee places, food court.
