At first glance it was pretty clean but when you look at details, not as much. For example there were spider webs in a lamp. However service was good and the location is great, it’s waking distance from 梦幻谷，秦王宫and清明上河图. Overall I think it’s good.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Hengdian, and I cannot recommend it enough! From its unbeatable location to the exceptional service, everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The hotel is just a 4-5 minute walk from the Palace of Qin, making it incredibly convenient for exploring attractions. This palace is one of my favourites of all attractions in Hengdian. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to the Along the River Qing Ming Festival gate, and I loved strolling there in the evenings. The area is packed with amazing restaurants, and I highly recommend the grilled shop just 5 minutes away—it’s some of the best grilled food I’ve ever had! Lawson store is only 2-3 mins walk away! Desert and snacks are so yummy and much better than what you get from 7/11 convenient store in Australia. 😅😁 I stayed in a room on the 4th floor, and the view was great! The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel offers breakfast for just **18 yuan**, and the soup was particularly delicious. If you’re looking for more food options, the surrounding area is a food lover’s paradise. The hotel staff even helped me order food and recommended some fantastic dishes, which I paid for via Alipay. Their recommendations were spot-on, so don’t hesitate to ask them for suggestions! The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Even though I don’t speak Mandarin, they were incredibly patient and helpful. One staff member even walked with me to the tourist center to help me get tickets! Since I stayed for 5 days, I opted for the Hengdian world studio yearly pass, which gave me unlimited access to all the attractions—some of which I visited multiple times. Along the river Qing and Ming festival - I recommend you to go there two - three times - one during the day time, one time around 5:00pm till late and then one time around 07:00. If you are a Song Dynasty lover like myself, you will never get sick of visiting this place. So many things to look at. Please use Baidu translate for Museum description. Very informative and transported back you to Song dynasty civilian life! If you’re planning to visit Hengdian World Studios, this hotel is the perfect base. You can take DiDi to other attractions and is very convenient. It’s clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near all the major attractions.

This hotel is a 5-7 minute walk (about 3 blocks) to 秦王宫 and 梦幻谷 (the amusement park which I don't recommend). 清明上河图 is about a 15 minute walk from 秦王宫 so the distance to these 3 main attractions is quite close. I felt like the room itself was really nice and cleanly, everything looks new. I will say though that you can hear the customers next door if they are loud (but I was here from March 17 - March 19) and it was very quiet for the most part. The toilets have heated seating and automated flush. My favorite feature is the 4 different lighting options and the floor lighting around the bed and in the bathroom so if you get up in the dark, it will light the way for you. My one complaint is that the sheets have a faint smell of smoke, but you can let them know if that's the case.

The hotel is very near sceniec area. The services is very good. The staff is polite and helpful. I would love to stay again at this hotel

It was very good! Perfect for visiting Hengdian!

We chose this hotel because of its non-smoking policy [a lot of hotels in this town allow guests to smoke in the room]. We spent one day in a suite and one day in a 2-bed "mountain view" room [view from our windows in the pictures] The 2-bed room was huge, 120cm beds, no fridge. The suite seemed bigger in the photos, nice, with a fridge and very big bathroom. Both rooms with A.C., both equipped with a universal charger, a tea set with 2 bottles of water 0,5l each, both with intelligent Xiao Du light, courtains, tv and wc system, windows equipped with mosquito nets. "Mountain view" and some photos suggest 'Zen' style high end neighbourhood, but in reality it is a very, very regular chinese neighbourhood. There is only chinese name on the hotel building I think. We arrived one hour before the check-in time and get the room without any problem. The young female receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, used the translator app to communicate. She helped us to buy the right tickets and a hotel menager accompanied us to the nearest ticket office. The hotel is very close to the Qin palace and Dream Valley. There are 2 tourist bus lines (A and B) connecting most of the scenic spots, every 30 min, a ticket costs 2 r.m.b. one can pay in cash in the bus, this bus service stops about 4.30 p.m. Apple maps app works OK, google maps app does not work in China. We took a taxi from Yiwu station (1 hour) to get to the hotel, 170 r.m.b. and about 43 km one way if one goes the shortest way or 220 r.m.b. and about 63 km via highway, a taxi from Qingming palace costs about 20 r.m.b. There is an annual ticket for 898 r.m.b., this ticket is for one adult plus one child or just one adult - all 13 scenic spots included [Dream Valley excluded], one can enter each scenic spot only once a day. I think 2 scenic spots in one day is a max,  maybe 3 because most of the spots closes about 4.30 p.m., only one or two are closing about 8 p.m. There is no printed ticket only passport data in their system so you enter by showing the passport.The Hengdian Studios I think are not prepared for foreign tourists at all. Their printed map is very small, hard to read, does not show enter gates or ticket offices, their website is not helping, in theory there is an English version but with very little information, the chinese website is better but still not very helpful, there is no list of all 13 scenic spots or the opening hours, only information about the major ones.

Had a really good time in Hengdian studios , unfortunately it rained for most of the time. This small hotel had a great bathroom and great service. We were looked after really well by the young owner of this hotel and are now friends. Considering we can hardly speak or understand Mandarin, the had a good time and was well looked after. We came from 3 different Shangrila hotels on this trip - Chengdu, Xian, Hangzhou, and I must say that Cheerful hotel Hengdian beat all of them. Well done Cheerful hotel !

Good. They gave us a family room.

The room is not big but the environment is very clean, the water and electricity are normal, the bedding is comfortable, the sound insulation is average, the breakfast is average, and it is very close to the Qin Palace and the Qingming Shanghe Tu scenic area. It has its own parking lot and parking is very convenient.

The room is clean, sanitary, newly renovated and high-end. The boss, the beautiful receptionist and all the staff are very enthusiastic and it is worth staying. Very close to Dream Valley.

The hotel is in a great location, with an exclusive parking area, close to various attractions and many snack restaurants nearby. Very friendly with furry children. The room is clean and tidy. There is Xiaodu, and the robot 🤖 that delivers food is so cute. There is a building under renovation next to it and they also gave us earplugs. Several front desk ladies and boys are friendly and polite.

The service is very good. The hotel also provides economical arrangements for attraction tickets based on the guests' travel time. There are also recommendations for Hanfu makeup, which is very cost-effective! ! The hotel environment is nice and the bedding is comfortable, haha, perfect! ! There are several attractions within a few minutes’ walk!

The hotel's location is very convenient and the core scenic spots are within walking distance. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. The hotel's decoration is very beautiful, and the aromatherapy is very refreshing. You can smell it before you enter the lobby. The room is very big and clean, and the hotel facilities are complete. There are many types of breakfast dishes, and the taste is very good. The service at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and I would like to give special praise to Manager Wu. His service attitude was excellent and his professionalism was very high. The overall stay experience was very satisfactory and it is worth recommending.

Facilities: The rooms are spacious and bright, and the needs of guests are taken into consideration in every aspect of the design. Hygiene: It is very clean, it is not an exaggeration to say that it is spotless. Environment: Located in the core area of ​​Hengdian Film and Television City, it is just a few hundred meters away from Qin Palace, Dream Valley and Along the River During the Qingming Festival. It is the first choice for tourist accommodation. Service: After staying for three days, I feel that it is in line with other Ritz hotels in China. From check-in to check-out, all the staff are warm and friendly, greet each other proactively, and say Happy New Year with a smile. Never compete with other guests for the elevator and will take the initiative to stay and wait for the next one. I went to the garden to take photos twice, and the staff still enthusiastically opened the door for me and told me how to get to the garden. Food: I was not very satisfied with the breakfast on the first day of stay. I felt that the variety of meals was a bit limited. However, every meal thereafter was a pleasant surprise, and the dishes were much more exquisite than those served in other lounges. I especially like noodles and wonton stew and eat a lot of them. I also caught up with the Chinese noodle breakfast on Wednesday and watched the chef make noodles on the spot. The oil-splashed noodles are so delicious! It’s a pity that it’s not available every day, otherwise I would eat it every day. Thank you Qinlan Mansion for the wonderful memories it brought me.
