Location is good near to "Tian Fu Square", once cross the road less than 100 meter can reach the mrt station. Line 2 (Red), will take you to chengdu East train station (about 25 minutes, 4 stations). No issue to find food from Tian Fu Square. Overall, not too bad and woll consider to book them again if back to chengdu for holidays.

Great location, very affordable and very close to main city attractions. As muslim traveller it is close to Huangcheng Mosque, with halal eateries close by. Love that the Tianfu Square metro station is just across the street. They also allowed about 30 mins early check in for us which was very convenient for us as we were so tired from long haul flights. Will definitely choose this hotel if I do visit Chengdu again

Nice and clean modern hotel with good automation lights and voice assistant. When you deliver food a robot will come to your door, cool hotel.

Hotel located in a great location to have a really willing to help despite some obstacles in language barrier but translation app can help. don't let the exterior of the building fooled you. Once you hit the button to the sixth floor, you'll find what you expected for.

We loved this hotel ❤️❤️❤️ The staff did their best to help us. The location of the hotel is superb as it is facing Tianfu Square. At least three museums are within walking distance. Chunxi Road is one station away but you can also walk if you wish to. People's Park is also near. Will update the review once I'm back in Manila.

It’s a little dificult to find entrace. Look for the panda store. There is a little street at the left of the store. Walk less 100m you find an entrace with an elevator on your right. It’s here, take elevator and you arrive to the hotel.

I was on 1 month vacation in China with my mom. We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and 9 nights. He hotel is on the 6th floor. We made the best choice to stay here due to following reasons: 1. The hotel upgraded our stay from non-window to window room 2. Free tea breaks provided on Level 5 3. Literally 3 mins walk to Tianfu subway station which is literally in the same floor with the Tianfu Square Underground shopping small (very cheap winter jackets a can be found here) 4. As a Muslim traveller, the mosque is just 7 mins walk, just around the other side of the Tianfu Square which is located beside the Chengdu Museum (free!!) 5. Halal food is literally everywhere near the Huang Cheng Mosque 6. Good customer service (free laundry area on the same floor) 7. Chagee is just across the street. 8. Water fountain is at the chillax area where you can fill up ur water!! 9. The cleaners, front desk ladies are just super friendly people! Even left a note card after changing the mattress and blanket. 10. Heater was just perfect in the cold weather (4’C) 11. During check out, the hotel gave us a bag of candies and fridge magnet!! 12. Chagee is just across the street, which has been my daily doses of caffeine. So, yes!!! I enjoyed my stay here very much. Will differently come again!

Very good location. Clean and quiet, even though our room is right beside the lobby. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel room was clean, well appointed and great condition. Despite not having a window, it really didn’t matter since I stayed in the room as little as possible. After checking in, the people at the desk helped me with my bags and souvenirs that I had bought for friends who I was visiting. Despite there being a bit of noise in the morning, I had a decent night’s sleep and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. One thing to note, the building the hotel is located is actually located on two floors (5th/6th-lobby) of a multi-purpose building which houses other hotels on other floors. Also the elevator entrance is located along the left-side of the building through the alley/walkway(left of Panda store lol) which might not be intuitive for foreign travelers since the signage is in Chinese. All in all the room was an incredible value where the pluses far outweighed the minuses.

Near Subway, Exit D. See the hotel building (PICC) at left hand side ＞＞ Cross the road ＞＞ The left hand side of building ＞＞ walk 1-2 minutes ＞＞ ask people at there how to go to 6th floor = Hotel. Everything is OK. Hotel is quite difficult to find and smoking smell on building elevator

Good location , good price, friendly & helpful front desk. Amenities issue - loose usb charging point & water pressure not strong , take long time to finish shower.

The room is really big and quite clean. The staff is friendly. Awesome!

All the girls at the reception are very helpful and kind especially 乐悠 and xt. Thank you so much. The complimentary tea time was very well done too. I love everything in the hotel.
