Hotel 108 Hong Kong

It was my first trip to Hong Kong. Although the hotel was quite expensive, I found that this hotel offered a clean interior and somewhat larger rooms compare to other hotels. There were some issues I noticed, especially for all foreigners traveling for the first time; the main problem is that all sockets are different. The hotel should provide extensions, as I had no chargers and faced a lot of trouble. I called the reception, but no one answered the phone, not even twice, with no response. There was no drinking water available. I was shocked at the price I paid to be given even one water bottle, what will happen to the hotel? The wash basin was not clean; I even saw long hair on it. I also didn’t find the quality of the hand wash or shower gel satisfactory. These are very basic needs. For this price and service, compared to the mainland, I’d rate it 6 out of 10. Keep working on improving.

The location was very convenient and the room had all the necessities at a reasonable price. There are lots of restaurants nearby, a concert venue and a mall at a walking distance. The hotel was pretty secure and the staff were friendly.

Hotel is good . Location is good . Near by all places are nice . Bed was nice and soft and clean . But the problem is some items are old in room like curtains and chair I recommend to change it because looks dirty . 1 more suggestion please change your check in time . Who come from another country’s they reach early morning Hong Kong they need to wait at road many hours . I reach Hong Kong 8 am and after booked my hotel I request same time for give me early check in around 12 or 1 but nobody reply for that . When 12.30 I reach at hotel they said can’t must need 3 pm I was standing on road for 2 and half hour . Whole night in flight and reach 6.30 airport then reach hotel 8 and till 2.30 at road it’s so hard for travelling person . So pleases you need to see on that . At least check in 12 or 12.30 or 1 is ok but 3 pm it’s quite late

Nice and modern room design but the curtains need to be replaced or washed. It was dusty. Staff were nice and even repaired the defective outlet and lent us adapters for the whole stay. Great location - close to Sneakers’ Street and different restaurants.

The hotel room is clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile
