- Service was very good and fast
- Worth it to experience staying in Disneyland resort
- The biggest hotel and nicest decoration (you can compare the photos I took at Disney Explorer’s Hotel and the Disneyland Hotel)
- Can visit the other hotels to use their facilities and restaurants
- Would stay here again if I have the chance

First time to do Disneyland hotel and the room is quite spooky to be honest haha maybe because of the color. But it's quite convenient for people who went to Disneyland

在攜程訂的兩張一日票的套餐，訂好後直接就自動給預約入住當天的迪士尼樂園入園預約了，很方便。酒店門口有去樂園的擺渡車一會兒就一趟很快很方便。玩而累了可以回到酒店休息一兩個小時再進入樂園去看煙花，真的很方便，不用在樂園裡乾耗着。
設施：比較新比較全面
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：大廳裝修的富麗堂皇，草坪海景很美
服務：服務人員態度熱情

Staying in a hotel is a pleasure! Maximum friendly staff that helps in any matter, all amenities for children and people with disabilities! Stunning location by the sea, overlooking the mountains, close to the park! A variety of food in three restaurants for different tastes, a varied breakfast, take into account all possible allergies and help choose the menu individually! And much, much more wonderful! An unforgettable experience of communicating with your favorite characters! Everything at the highest level! We will definitely come back again! 🫶

環境：探索家酒店太值了，也是最多人選擇的一間酒店。大堂的裝修復古風很贊，離店那天剛好佈置聖誕樹，晚上很有氣氛。一樓户外的貴岸邊大道和酒店花園都很舒服。
衞生：乾淨無塵。
設施：房間面積在香港非常大，在大陸都算大，雙床一米五第一次享受，電視有迪士尼節目孩子很喜歡。可提升地方：被子悶了點，窗簾的兩邊遮光還可以再密封點。記得用櫃子裏的後備枕頭，配的兩個枕頭太高了又偏硬。
服務：十分好，不知道小部分評論裏的差評怎麼來的，全程笑容和有禮服務。
Tips:推薦用攜程訂，有訂貴退差價服務，剛開始看一千八百多，最後一千一百多。

性價比最高的迪士尼酒店 餐廳多 服務好 床品舒適 房間設施齊全 洗漱用品需另付費購買 這倒是第一次 以往全都會有 房間衞生整潔乾淨 酒店前台服務耐心細緻 得知生日月贈了我生日牌 房間內也用毛巾做了慶賀蛋糕很可愛 十分感謝 園區擺渡車方便 禮賓部服務也很好

酒店人挺多，前台態度不錯，先辦入住後寄存行李，三點之後行李會由工作人員送至房間。房間寬敞舒適，衞生間乾濕分離佈局合理，唯一隔音略差，隔壁房間説話聲音很大聽得很清楚。

Great experience for kids to enhance the Disney experience. Rooms super clean and spacious! We missed the Disney movies on demand that's available at Disney Shanghai hotels. Swimming pool looked great but we didn't have time to use it in our short stay. Character appearances in the lobby.
