Beautifully decorated rooms, open view outdoor swimming pool and great location to the airport. Can enjoy a peaceful morning walk around the ocean front as well, recommended!

I love how all the amenities were very much complete. Nothing’s left out including the iron(the old fashioned one)for clothes, it’s already inside the room. I was just surprised how updated the coffee machine was for somebody who loves coffee, they have Nespresso for the win. Staff were very hospitable from FO, to housekeepers to pool/gym staffs. I also enjoyed their pool on this hot summer day.

It was a terrible stay for me. Their front desk staff was not able to communicate and address guest needs properly. On the fourth night of my stay, I returned to my room to find no water in the mini bar. I went to the front desk to ask for two bottles of water. They said there was water in my room. I explained that there was no water in my mini bar, which was why I came to the front desk. However, the front desk staff insisted that there was water in my room. So I went back to my room to check the mini bar, but there was still no water. I took a photo and returned to the front desk to show them that there was no water. However, the front desk staff continued to ignore my request. They kept repeating that there was no free water in my room. I also explained that I was not asking for free water, but wanted to know if there was water available. After discussing it with them, they said they had sent water to my room. So I returned to my room again, but unfortunately, there was still no drinking water in the room. I went back to the front desk to tell them that there was still no water in the room. They repeated that there was no free water. I was really tired and thirsty at the time. I told them that I didn't care whether the water was free or paid for, I just wanted to buy water. Is there any water available in the hotel? They still said that water is not free. Finally, I gave up trying to communicate with the front desk and left the hotel to buy water. This left a completely negative impression: an uncommunicative front desk and a hotel without bottled water. After a busy day at work, I returned to my room exhausted and without water. It was truly unexpected that a five star hotel with so many business travelers would have such unpleasant service.

這次去香港看權志龍🐲演唱會，順便帶孩子刷一下20週年的港迪，入住了香港東涌世貿喜來登，酒店很🆕，海景房，視野很開闊，入住體驗很不錯👌
先説交通，對遊客太友好了。酒店有免費的接送大巴來回機場和地鐵站，剛落地香港，一下飛機就能輕鬆找到去酒店的班車，完全不用擔心拖着行李轉車的麻煩。去市區或者其他景點，坐地鐵也方便，從地鐵站坐幾站就能到各處打卡地。而且去香港迪士尼、昂坪360纜車都很近，我去看演唱會離場館也很近，玩了一天回來也不折騰。😌
服務更是沒得説，從前台辦理入住的工作人員，到路上遇到的每一位服務員，都熱情又專業。有問題詢問時，他們總是耐心解答，還會給出貼心的建議。👍
最讓我難忘的是酒店的中餐廳，每一道菜都超好吃！烹飪手法精湛，完美保留了食材的鮮美。每一口都是滿滿的享受，每一道菜都能看出廚師的用心，味蕾在舌尖上歡快地跳舞。
下次來香港，我還選這兒！🥳

房間和服務都很棒哦
周邊吃飯的地方有點少 有shuttle bus可以到達東涌可以買買買
帶娃去迪士尼特意選的這裏住了兩晚，早餐一般，3樓有個游泳池，孩子玩的還挺嗨

酒店坐飛機去奧萊都很方便，有shuttle bus去機場和東涌地鐵站，很不滿意的一點是酒店房間沒有備轉換插頭，問客房服務拿插頭告知要排隊，很多客人都在等着使用，既然這麼大個酒店很多客人需要排隊使用轉換插頭為什麼不能每個房間配一個呢，因為之前住香港其它五星級酒店都是有插頭的，以至於此行我壓根就沒想到要帶轉換插頭，最後手機真的一天一夜沒充電等着快點離開這個地方，本來回來轉機也計劃住這個酒店的因為不好的體驗回來住到市區酒店去了。

Very nice 5 star hotel. Excellent view and service is top notch as well. Location is poor though. Taxi from airport there is around $70. Yet hotel guest has no daily parking. This is a big question mark. Maybe locals are not very welcomed.
