整體不錯，設施齊全，配套服務完善，酒店整體環境優美，地理位置好，交通方便，整體體驗好，外觀簡約大氣，裝修精美豪華，小朋友説下次還要來，很滿意，大堂寬敞明亮，光線很好，香薰的味道好聞，辦理入住和退房手續很便利，還有自助機辦入住，整體不錯，酒店的設備齊全，禮賓寄存行李很快，而且是免費寄存，挺好的，工作人員服務態度很好，熱情主動，房間有需求可以及時響應，客房送東西速度也很快，房間空間較大，視野很好，衞生乾淨整潔，設施完善齊全，有冰箱，WiFi很流暢，下次來

酒店坐飛機去奧萊都很方便，有shuttle bus去機場和東涌地鐵站，很不滿意的一點是酒店房間沒有備轉換插頭，問客房服務拿插頭告知要排隊，很多客人都在等着使用，既然這麼大個酒店很多客人需要排隊使用轉換插頭為什麼不能每個房間配一個呢，因為之前住香港其它五星級酒店都是有插頭的，以至於此行我壓根就沒想到要帶轉換插頭，最後手機真的一天一夜沒充電等着快點離開這個地方，本來回來轉機也計劃住這個酒店的因為不好的體驗回來住到市區酒店去了。

我們一家在這酒店住了二天。除了酒店設施非常齊全，還有電熱水壺和咖啡機，房間舒服乾淨👍擁有山景。這家酒店提供眾多設施。酒店的巴士接駁服務非常方便，可以送往東涌站。此外，酒店的工作人員非常友善，幫助提供資訊。而且更重要的是附近有超市，餐廳，洗衣服務，非常方便👏很適合一家人放假來這裡放鬆心情。
