Maple Inn(Tsim Sha Tsui Store C2 EXIT)

Unfortunately, it was very difficult to find this hotel, I had to contact the support Trip.com Although this hostel has all the amenities to stay here for a few days.

Worts experience I have ever had In my life regarding a “hotel” if you can even call It that. I mistakenly booked for next night and fixed it while waiting to talk to someone about it, but nobody could speak English neither made an effort to communicate with us with our translator. There is No security at all, they dindnt even make a proper check in and couldn’t find anyone to do check-out. The original address I arrived wasn’t were I Actually stayed which I even thanked due to the terrible conditions of the building. I would guess it was due to the change I made, but I read several comments on this same experience on the reviews (sadly I read them only after my stay, I don’t usually do that but needed a quick hotel for spending one night and didn’t do my usual check) On our room there was a huge hole on the ceiling covered with paper and plastic tape that was full of mold. No proper place to shower, only a WC with all in one space. The sheets smelled clean, at least. You could hear people on the corridors at night and also when others would shower you could hear super heavy noise on the room. As I said, worst experience I ever had as a traveller and wouldn’t recommend it at all for anyone who is not desperate for a place to spend the night. I don’t have any pictures of the room because I just wanted to get out of there quickly, glad I was with my father to feel a little safer but couldn’t sleep anyway. Pictures are from the building that I stayed which wasn’t the original address on booking.
