Very good not new type of building but one of local typical and interesting. The apartment is spacious and bright, with windows in all rooms, including the bathroom, which can be slightly opened. There is a refrigerator and drinks, and the room has all the necessary utensils for cooking. A small snack is offered for breakfast; fruits and rolls. Clean, cozy, and neat. The disadvantages include the fact that you can't sit in the lobby at night, and we were in the hotel during a typhoon, so we had to reschedule our next trip and extend our stay. Additionally, the management didn't offer a discount on the booking price. But anyway it’s a quite good one and without roaches.☺️

Can get a little too cozy if you are traveling with a partner as the bathroom door is right next to the bed.

住得很舒服，性價比高，超滿意。1.空間方面，房間比較大（相對於香港的酒店來説），有20幾平方，除了衞生間，還有廚房，小餐廳，有好幾個窗，採光很好，房間很明亮，房間裝修雅緻温馨，很有家的感覺。2.使用便利，廚房裡微波爐，烤麪包機，電磁爐，洗衣機（帶烘乾功能），抽油煙機，冰箱，鍋碗瓢盆刀具齊全，而且都是能用的，很好用，不像很多酒店民宿雖然有這些電器，但大多數都是擺設，實際上用不了，我們住了三天，衣服用洗衣機清洗烘乾，第二天又可以穿，非常方便，冰箱裏還有免費的飲料供應。3.交通便利，離灣仔地鐵站就幾百米，最多十分鐘就走到了，到中環就兩站，到尖沙咀地鐵也就兩站，很方便，離金紫荊廣場和維多利亞灣也不遠，走路都可以到，雖然酒店不提供早餐，但是大堂24小時有免費咖啡供應，早上7：00～10：00有免費的蘋果，香蕉和麪包點心，也算可以解決早餐問題了。4.大堂的服務員態度都很好，見我們出入都會打招呼，辦理入住的時候會很耐心的把注意事項和電器的使用告知，酒店還有一個室外和一個室內的休閑區，也佈置得很温馨雅緻，唯一稍稍有點不便的就是到酒店要走約20米的斜坡，斜坡還比較陡，對於腿腳不方便的人，長者還有拿大件行李的人走起來會比較困難，但也因為這樣酒店晚上還是比較安靜的，不吵。

The shower temperature knob was a bit too sensitive and thus hard to adjust. Other than this, had a great stay and the hotel was just a few minutes from Wan Chai MTR. Staff is very attentive too.

性價比不錯的酒店，個人認為500-700之間的價格可以入。最大挑戰在於從主街到酒店大堂需要爬一個坡，帶大型拉桿箱行李旅客略顯不便。房間面積大，按公寓設計，有廚房設施和洗衣機，不錯。交通便利。
