Service was absolutely terrible. Had 2 big luggages and 3 bags, the service staff did not even bother helping. Really disappointing for the price

酒店太不近人情。由於很早前已預訂準備慶祝生日，就算入住當天已傳後一日會打10號風球，都冇cancel訂房。Checkout 當時已經係正正係十號風球打得最正嘅時候，酒店都照要客人checkout , 要加錢先可以繼續stay。😶如果你來香港玩的時候剛好是暴風雨的季節，我只會說絕對不建議你預定這間酒店。香港最高級別的暴風信號情況下也要你準時退房。

Conveniently located, comfortable hotel just a few minutes walk from Hong Kong station if you're coming into town from the airport.
Rooms are relatively large and nicely appointed with a work desk, fridge and kettle with a small selection of tea and coffee samples. There's no bottled water but there's a 7/11 just a minute's walk from the foyer.
Best of all, you're surrounded by a plethora of cafes and restaurants to suit all budgets.
