The worst hotel experience in Hong Kong – avoid at all costs! We paid $70 per night and got the most disgusting experience imaginable. I honestly have no idea how anyone could leave a positive review here – either they are fake or those people don’t value their health. The photos online have absolutely nothing to do with reality. We couldn’t even stay for one night – we left immediately. Right next to the elevator there was a sign saying “Close the door or rats might run in.” Seriously?!🐀🐀🐀 When we entered the room, my wife was on the verge of tears: mold and fungus everywhere on the walls, a strong smell of dampness and rot, walls cracked and peeling, dirt everywhere, rusty bathroom fixtures, and a shower that sprays water in all directions. The air was so unpleasant we couldn’t breathe normally inside.🦨🤢🤮 This is pure scam, and Trip.com should remove this property from their listings. The real value of this room is no more than $10 – and even then only as an emergency shelter during a disaster. Absolutely do not recommend.

Just ok of you’re in a rush to sleep and low budget. Not for work or stay in the room. Very small room in a good location. The accessibility is limited in hours. I had to wait in the lobby until someone came pick me up to check me in. The onboarding is not that good. Walls are not clean, abs the shower fills the whole bathroom with water.

The room is too small and the bathroom was dirty. Shampoo and soap are about to run out of. No one at the reception, fortunately, my friend has HK number to call the reception to open the door and get key card. The price was too expensive compared to the room. Go to somewhere else.

The staff at this guesthouse were exceptionally polite and efficient. Check-in was smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. The location is ideal, with public transportation just steps away. The room decor was modern and cozy, making it a pleasant place to relax after a long day.

If you want to stay near big shopping malls, steet selling in the night, affordable food, ATMs and wanted to spend wisely you got this. But if you want to stay comfortably in the room with proper toilet then this is not for you.

with very accommodating staff, the space clean and the location perfect, it is only then a question of whether the rate is good at the moment :)
