The staffs were very friendly. The room was kept everyday with new towels issued. The location near MTR with 5mins walk along all the hardwares street. The hotel is next to a cafe that served great coffee and near 7-11.

Very nice hotel, rooms are very clean, staff is professional and nice, and the hotel is well situated, plus there is a pool on the rooftop and a place for doing laundry and it is close to the train station.

Excellent location. Only 5min walk to Mongkok MTR. Hotel ambiance top notch. Although rooms a bit small, it’s very functional and clean. Will definitely stay again.

Considering there’s a mandate to utilize eco friendly toiletries, Hilton didn’t disappoint. They still provide free water (CAN), eco friendly toiletries. They also clean the room everyday. Better than any 5 stars hotel in the area. Love the location as it’s walking distance to everything. Thank you so much for the lovely accommodation and service. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel isn't great, surrounded by old hardware shops and the only 7-11 is about 15 mins away. It isn't child friendly, I can't get a small stool for my toddler to brush teeth. The room size is quite decent and the bed is fine. Not planning to stay there for future trips to Hong Kong. Another issues we notice the swimming pool Isn't available, I'm not sure is it due to December month too cold for swim or the pool isn't working, but a four star hotel they should maintain it.

Second time round staying here. Location is good. Walking distance to MTR and food is everywhere. Room is pretty standard but clean.
